Great customer service with Kuykendall store with the manager, Chance. Oscar and Hillo were awesome too. Chance stepped in and took care of a very big issue with our account and new phones. Really nice to deal with these 3 guys. Thank you Chance for fixing our phone issue. All will be well when we are credited back the high charges that we occurred by being charged for two lines we didn't ask for.

Horrible customer service they made me pay for a phone before telling me I wasn’t able to activate the line(then didn’t want to cancel or give me a refund i was ask to pay 55$ for a cancellation fee ) then the line I was going to put on that phone wasn’t even the one they tried to put on it and so on it was just such a horrible experience, and mind you I was there for over an hour trying to explain to the sales person 100 times what I wanted just for them to do everything wrong and sell me a phone that now I have to pay and can’t even use! GIVIMG THEM ONE STAR CUZ I CANT GIVE THEM 0 ….. do yourself a favor and don’t come into this store

Chance (or Chase; my memory is bad) was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. I went in to add a line of service only, and ended up getting a pair of AirPods as well. What could've taken hours to do, Chance finished in approximately thirty minutes. While two items were unavailable at that particular location (privacy screen protectors for the iPhones 11 and 13 max pro) I was able to purchase one at the AT&T store where I live in College Station. Chance made spending my money feel worth it because of his swift attentiveness to serve and above all, his professionalism.

He understood my issues, and spent time and patience in helping to resolve the issue to get a new number for my cellphone. He made my day!

Omitted very important prior to my making a decision. Then developed selective amnesia. They are being reported now for FRAUD. I never thought this would happen with AT&T, seriously! When brought to salespersons attention he lied to my face (suprised me!). I'm pretty sure situation was commission driven... You are not allowed to omit IMPORTANT info to get a $1,000 sale. Wake up you guys. Doesn’t work like that. They will pay for this one!

I went into the store just to get assistance with uploading some info for Asurion for a replacement and Murtaza Khan delightfully assisted me. I must say that he showed so much consideration and concern for my issue and made the entire experience enjoyable. Needless to say that i ended up trashing the insurance replacement and getting a new phone. He was just that amazing! Very cool guy and because of him…this is my go-to location now.

If I could score them double OO I would. Purchased a phone with the intent to trade in my broken glass phone. First they charge me for the new phone and then do a separate transaction for the trade in. Since glass on phone was broken we could not go into the phone to reset. Sales rep saw this before and why didn’t she say anything. So anyways. They could not do trade in. Was told sorry we can’t do trade in and that was it. Took my old broken glass phone to repair shop and got it fixed perfectly. Took the phone I had just purchased less than an hour ago back to return and they charge me $55 restocking fee. What the heck. So I had to call customer service line to get reimbursed for the $55 restocking fee. Had to wait on hold like 30 min. That customer service person was very nice and was able to help me. But I think it’s ridiculous that they can charge a large restocking fee. I have been their customer for over 20 yrs.

My phone broke last minute before a road trip. I had to go in and get a new phone/upgrade. The employee that assisted me — Mo, was super polite, respectful, customer service-oriented and very good at his job. We experienced some issues getting set up, but he was an excellent problem solver and handled everything smoothly. Honestly made my day a whole lot less stressful. He was the difference maker in my experience today & I thank him.
