Went into ATT today with every intention of switching phone companies. Jazlyn was very patient and helpful, you can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about her job. We really appreciate her taking her time and listening to all our concerns and working them all out for us.

Steffanie was the best part of my AT&T experience! I purchased an Apple Watch for my child at the Apple Store and tried for hours to activate it online and on the phone with AT&T. I wasn’t getting anywhere with that, so I went to the store and was absolutely thrilled with her service. She truly is very customer centric and an absolute joy to work with.

After a frustrating day couldn't get my phone to connect I met a nice young lady. Jazlin came to my rescue. Not only was she willing to assist I had two phones she went to it like was nobody else's business. She got me up & running in no time @ all. For that I am More than Grateful. Need more like her always willing to Assist. This was @ the Rayford Sawdust ATT&T.

I purchased three iPhones 13 Saturday night. One of the phones mic wasn’t working. I returned to the store to get a new phone I was denied a return and told to go to Apple for a new device when the phone didn’t work at the time of purchased

Seems to me this place is empty and 5 minutes later its full and not enough employees to take care of the people. Again we have to wait with no phones in stock , not the 22 ultras anyway. They run out as soon as they come in . Waiting till this weekend to order my wife a new phone . Oh well have to wait .

Jaz was awesome, had a lot of patience and very knowledgeable. She also took time out to explain things to me to where I understood it. Even though she was working with me, she was also took time to greet every customer who entered into the store. The manager was also very warm and welcoming to everyone. I would recommend this store to all. It has been a long time since I have gotten customer service like this. Great job guys.

On 3/22 I visited this location- The experience at the store was absolutely unacceptable. Working with Bianca, I was In the store for 2 plus hours to set up a business account, my devices weren’t activated prior to me leaving the store, I wasn’t asked what plan I wanted, if I had a trade in device and I wasn’t told about any of the current offers or promotions. Not only was my device not activated when I left the store, I spoke with someone in customer service and the port department who did not see the line on the account and referred me back to the store. On 3/23, I called the store and requested to speak with a manager, I was told at that time the manager wasn’t available and would call me back after 12(I never received a callback). The person on the line at the store attempted to assist me over the phone and was adamant that the line wasn’t activating because of a port issue or something “wrong” with the brand new device ATT gave me and advised me to contact the port department. I contacted the port department and was told that Verizon had already approved the port, the line needed to be activated. I patiently waited on a call back from the manager and I decided to initiate a chat with ATT online, upon completion of the chat my phone was able to be activated, the line was put in reserved which prevented the device from being activated(something the store did). I went into the store on 3/23 in the evening to bring in my trade in devices and after 30 mins, someone approached me and asked me if I needed assistance, I advised why I was there and I also asked if the manager was in. I was told yes and the guy proceeded to walk to the back to get the manager only to come out and say- oh- the manager is just in the back, she’s actually off the clock but if you can tell me what it’s regarding, I’m sure I can refresh her mind and she’ll come out. At that point, I decided to leave the store because I have gotten nothing but bad customer service from start to finish. On 3/24- I went back into the store to attempt to trade bring in the trade ins and after waiting for an hour with no assistance or anyone approaching me, I left the store. This was totally an unacceptable experience for a new business customer that’s switching from a competitor.

Really bad service, went to upgrade and all they did was remove my discount and make me have to re-add it. Told me I owed more to pay off my phone than what is showing online. The associate and manager helping me kept encouraging me to upgrade online, rather than helping me in store. Will use any location other than this one in the future.

The best customer support team for AT&T anyone could ask for, what would I do without the help of technical issue on my mobile device !!! Time and time again I have issues and I rather go to the store for assistance than call over the phone. If in the event the support team was to be removed from the stores consider myself removed from the provider as well. Best Regards, Amador Hernandez
