BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. This store has the worst customer service and deceptive management. We bought a phone and told the clerk that the phone has to work with foreign SIM card and if it doesn’t then we don’t need it. We had to pay for the phone in full and for activation of the service line, and as soon as we opened the box we discovered that it didn’t work with another SIM because only AFTER WE BOUGHT the phone the sales person told us it was because it was locked. So we tried to return it on the spot at which point they said they have to charge $55 restocking fee unless we come back next day and the manager can waive it. Next day I come at exact time they told me the manager would be there and he tells me he was sorry but it was at his discretion and employee didn’t know and refused to refund the restocking fee - despite the phone only being in my hands for 10 minutes before it was returned. The manager’s name was Diego. He also refused to let me speak to his manager. Lesson learned - never come back to this store again and hope others will avoid it too. Bad business should not stay in business.

In the middle of an order, and the manager has to leave for a meeting (which we understand). He said he'd send someone to help us shortly. We waited for 30 minutes. Then someone walks in and gets helped immediately, while we are still waiting. Terrible service.

Love this store! All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Had watch sync issues, was in that store for several hours at a time several days. They helped with the issue and they were not rude and never complained!!! Several people helped out!! There is a store less than a mile from my house, but I go 7 or so miles to this store.

Walked in and was ignored by the staff. Some kid walked right past me to check in other people who came in after me. I finally asked if someone could ring me out for the phone case I needed and was told they were all busy. Might be believable except for the two people sitting doing nothing.

Excellent service, I lost my phone yesterday and they gave me different options to get a new one today, they were very attentive and kind, The manager was very helpful. They gave me the same phone that I lost by a very reasonable price, I feel like a never lost my phone, thank you guys!

Customer service from Jesus “Aaron” was phenomenal! He took time out to help me transfer my old phone to my new phone and the new phone was being very stubborn. He allowed me to leave both phones and return a few hours later with a phone call from him that my phones were ready. We went above and beyond to help while still helping other customers in the store.

Nicky was my service tech and was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I made a mistake on the survey and put a 1 and it should have been a 5. I would have given Nicky a 10 had it been available. I was very stressed about my phone that day and he was able to fix it and gave me helpful information to get all my phone issues taken care of.

My experience with AT&T Wireless has been two-fold in terms of becoming a new customer. While part of it caused me great stress on the flip side two amazing employees turned my nightmare scenario with endless calls to customer service and hours on with their fraud department into a happy new customer with service. About a week ago when I was truly at my breaking point with being run in circles by both departments, I walked into Cypresswood AT&T Corporate Store in Houston,Tx. I was helped by Matthew Jamison. He was a game changer for me because he sat and was able to walk me through each and every issue pertaining to my account and how to proceed with next steps. What had been overwhelming before walking into the store, Mathew was able to break it down in a way that assured me my account was safe and secure. I cried tears of relief after his knowledge gave solutions on what to expect etc…Due to no fault of my own or Mathews a couple of days later I was thrown another curve ball which brought me to your Tomball,Tx location and into the hands of Jason Carlson. Without going into detail about specifics leading up to it, I will focus for now on the positive which was Jason. He was able to very quickly understand what needed to be done. It was a slam dunk across the board with him in his skill and knowledge of AT&T Wireless as well. Both individuals had a deep understanding of how the business process worked, sharp professionalism and a genuine care and concern to help me. Courtney Smith
