Be careful if you go to this bank. I am considering switching soon. I have never been treated so poorly by a teller before! Ratni is a piece of work. She is very rude, and impatient, and I have difficulty understanding her English. She seems to be from India, and thus has a thick accent. I am not racist BY ANY MEANS, but when I ask her to repeat what she says, she treats me very poorly and gets ruder. She also never has a smile on her face. She always has a cold greeting. Now, I wouldn’t make such a big deal out of it if it had only happened once. Everyone has a bad day now and again. But for Ratni, it’s EVERY DAY. Never have I been greeted or assisted politely by her. Now I just wait for the next available teller each time I have to make a visit. Ratni asks me every time now: “I can help you over here sir.” She looks stunned each time I say: “I’m going to wait for the next available teller, thanks though.” She hasn’t even gotten to know me by name despite me having regular activity after two years. When I go to a bank that holds MY MONEY, I expect to be treated at least cordially.
