Their are cockroaches running around the sales floor and the sales associates find it hilarious!! After coming here for several years this place has seriously gone to the wasteland!!!

I had a wonderful experience at JCPENNEY...I had not been in a long time..I was able to find 3 dresses...at a discounted price and the young lady at check out shared with me how to get an additional 25% off. I looked Amazing!! For my interview... They had many people working that day..I didn't have to go all over America looking for someone to help me. Everyone was Friendly, Professional and Well maintained...

Love their sales. Always have great deals. I hope JCPENNEY will be around for a long time. Anyways just one complaint, clean or pressure wash the outside of your Southaven Towne Center building it looks awful.

This store has really went down. I will not go there again. I bought my Grandchildren for Easter clothes. Not many to choose from, but made our choices before heading to the dressing room. Sign says, closed use one on the right, also closed. Second set of dressing rooms, reads the same. No dressing room, no sale!
