Fountain and frosty machines always down unless manager is present That night shift was rude called family member (stupid) the cashier's stay outside on their phones. The store is dirty bathroom is super nasty

The bathroom is absolutely wrecked everytime I go in there. The cashier's are disrespectful. The store is dirty. I wouldn't even buy anything from there because it's so filthy. Its terrible. Im never going back to this store.

I use to go in for Bang energy drinks every single day and this is the 8th time ive been in and they havent stocked anything. Just in the back of the store joking and laughing

1630 Mississippi Valley location The female clerk there is absolutely disturbing to customers. One lady was sobbing due to her horrible language and screaming at her children that were behind the counter with her. This woman has no business representing this company or to even have custody of those poor children

I used the ATM inside this store and was shorted $100. I approached the cashier, who told me to leave my receipt and name and phone number, that the manager would get back with me about the issue because apparently it had happened to others that same day. Of course I never heard back from the manager and when I went back the next day I received the same story about how the manager should call me. I again never heard anything back. My bank cannot give me my money immediately because they have to launch an investigation into the issue, which is exactly what I figured would happen. However, I was very mislead by the cashier in telling me that the manager should get back with me and would give me my money back (I assumed the manager was owner of that ATM since he was going to take care of it) I am pretty livid to say the least. I unfortunately trusted what he told me, and I guess I should not believe anything anyone says anymore. But be warned about using the ATM in that store.

Fe.es working alone at night. Can't get there stuff done. Day shift is lazy reginal or store manager. Won't come in. What so ever. The over night female always late all this. For 8.25 an hr. Barely any hrs to call it a paycheck. Us I have talked to most of the cashiers. Who I might add are ready to quit. And have started looking for other jobs. And day shift. Blond kid. Is the laziest as they come.
