I usually have a good experience at this location, but in the past 6 months the quality of service has declined. The staff no longer greet people as the walk in the door or as customers leave. They are not appreciative of tips. Also, what is the point of paying for a smoothie online and having an established wait time if customers have to wait long periods of time due to the staff not checking the online ordering system. On the bright side, this location does make great smoothies and they remodeled the interior which looks amazing.

I love this Location since its close to my home. But the customer service was poor very and if you are a Veteran you have to be in uniform to get a veteran discount. This is the only Location I have been to with this policy.

The Customer Service was Amazing. My Smoothie was good as always. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research for my clients. I love researching different restaurants so that I can suggest different options for my clients. Afternoon snack filled the spot 😝😋😋

I’ve only every tried their Keto berry blast, and it is definitely worth it for a somewhat sweet treat on Keto. I got my daughter the kiwi banga and she didn’t like it. Always fresh and not liquidy, love them!

Im giving you guys a 2 because from start to finish in the drive-thru we were there 42 minutes. Our smoothies were excellent. The young lady that took our orders and our payment, excellent. Its obvious she and whomever else was working with her need help.

Staff was fantastic tried to tip the man 5$ and asked for 15 back out of a 20 the manager told him he could not do that even though they could just take the money and tip the man and then change out any money with what they had in their tip jar that was filled almost to the top after. I am a shift lead at 2 businesses and I will never say my employees cant have a 5 dollar tip actually lame

We just tried Smoothie King for the first time. We got 5 different smoothies. 4 were great and one was not so great (bitter) but 4 out of 5 ain't bad! I do think that 33 dollars for 5 20oz drinks was kind of a lot so that's the only negative. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

For every 10 banana boat smoothies, we get 1 good one. Tastes bland and the bananas are never ripe. The Olive Branch store makes the best smoothies regardless of the flavor you choose.
