Selected-model car wasn’t available when we arrived the airport because the customer returned late. We waited for 1 hour and staff offered the smaller model to replace. Otherwise we have to pay additional cost for bigger model which available at that time. After long wait, finally someone returned same model car. We got it without cleaning. So disappointed.

These are the type of skills that are very rare among must customer service professionals, She definitely gets an A+. Our confirmed reservations with another car rental agency fail through. However, Amber rescued us after a long flight. She provided us the best customer service. Very professional, courteous, conscientious. Once we arrived at our hotel, we told all our friends and relatives about the wonderful experience that we enjoyed with AMBER. She is a jewel and we highly recommend a pay raise for her as she proficiently handled Avis & Budget counters. We will use Avis in the future.

DO NOT RENT WITH AVIS/BUSGET/PAYLESS‼️ I was giving a rental car with EXPIRED TAGS & a REGISTRATION THAT DID NOT MATCH THAT VEHICLE! Which resolved in the rental getting towed and leaving me in the state of Florida stranded. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY‼️ I am now charged almost 5,000 dollars for them saying I’ve had there rental for over 30 days. I’ve been in contact with them almost everyday regarding this rental because I have all my items instide the vehicle they said they have the impound report but they cannot confirm that I did not have the vehicle without ME turning in a police report! I am now out of everything I had traveling in this car unless I can get to Valdosta FL (14 hours from my location) to retrieve my belongings! Please don’t rent here

Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Customer service agents were helpful and friendly. Car drove nice, had no issues. My only complaint (and it’s very minor and didn’t impact my experience) was that the seats of the rental were stained from previous renters. Overall great experience with Avis and will definitely rent from them again!

I will use Avis Car Rental each time I travel. The service was great. Little to no waiting time to check in. Brought my car right to the curb for me. Simply had to return the key and a short time later received notice that my car had been successfully checked in. Actually had a discount by renting through my insurance company, so very happy overall.

Definitely pleased with the service I received at this location. Pricing was reasonable and I was able to pick up and drop off the car with no hassles. Will definitely consider using Avis in the future for when I need to rent a vehicle again.

I gave a 5 star rating because the counter staff was great and the rental car was also great. I have two issues however. The phone number provided hangs up when trying to talk to a live body when pressing "4". I phoned 8 times and every time "all of the agents were busy assisting other customers". When I was transferred to the national number you can not talk to a live person either, just a generic message system. Whatever happened to customer service for the car rental business. My question was about parking. There isn't parking for the person picking someone up when returning a rental car at the airport. Kim, this is your cousin and the 5 stars was for you, but you need to publish a number where people can talk to an agent. I called from the parking lot and got the same message that all of the agents were busy assisting other customers. There were no customers when I walked in. Enterprise next door has even worse customer service. Read the review I left for them, lol. Thanks, Daryl Smith
