These are the type of skills that are very rare among must customer service professionals, She definitely gets an A+. Our confirmed reservations with another car rental agency fail through. However, Amber rescued us after a long flight. She provided us the best customer service. Very professional, courteous, conscientious. Once we arrived at our hotel, we told all our friends and relatives about the wonderful experience that we enjoyed with AMBER.
