Best self storage facility in Anniston, Alabama (AL) 2024

My experience was exceptional. Dene was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. I have been bidding on storage units for about a year now and she was one of the nicest clerks I have encountered. My only suggestion, for Public Storage, would be to give a gate code to allow for a bit more flexibility in the pick up process. Many of the facilities that I have been to do that and it is very helpful. ~Kimberly

I give this place a big fat 0!! Over 30 units broken into in one night!! Owner will not return phone calls and refuses to help. She admitted that the key coded gate wasn't working properly and it would stay open. One video camera and the images were so poor you couldn't even tell what kind of vehicle it was. I called Anniston police department and the responding officer never wrote anything down about what was stolen so I had to go to the police department to do a report. The officers response was "you will never see your stuff again, I'm sure some crack head has already sold it". The officer was there for over 2 hours and NEVER wrote anything down. I wouldn't trust this place AT ALL!! Tried to leave 0 🌟's but wouldn't let me! ~Bucky
