Excellent in all categories!!!!! Staff helpful and friendly, Crossplex very clean and well organized, parking easy and secure - walk a few steps from parking to entrance doors. Our team lost state volleyball, but enjoyed some great games. Look forward to being back next year !!!!!!! October/2022

Three stars....Hmmmm. It's a nice facility but the neighborhood is Beirut in 1990. If you are aware of that- Great! If you are the Griswolds from out of town- don't leave the property for food or etc, and get out before dark. Pack a cooler, make sure you have whatever you need, and don't go grab something you forgot out of the SUV alone. The McDonalds nearby has a lock on the restrooms and the manager has to unlock them for use.

Went during the World Games. It a nice clean venue with different arenas to enjoy sports. Has plenty of parking. The seats in the arena are plasric and average size. Good view from all around.

What a great facility. This is my first time here. I didn't even know Birmingham had this place. Track and field, water sports, and a large arena. Perfect for The World Games #twg2022

This was my first visit and was very impressed. The facility is much larger, more modern and cleaner than I expected. A great asset to the area.

I’m only speaking from a pep band member’s perspective here, but I can say the facility is pretty darn good. The arena is spacious and well-built with ample parking and comfortable seating. The acoustics were shockingly good, too. Oh, and both the public and authorised-only restrooms were practically spotless. I’d love to come here and perform again.

Nice facility, huge and kind of hard to know where to go at first. We were in the arena and and there are stadium seats. My only complaint is the concessions were limited and no outside food or drink was allowed, but we're also in the middle of a food shortage. They had smoothies, which was nice to have a healthier option, the main concession (2 in the arena) had burgers, cheeseburgers, nachos, chicken fingers and fries. Limited outside food as well, there's a McDonald's, Little Caesars, Burger King and a Starbucks that was closed on Saturday :/. Comfort Inn on the same property.

Never went on the inside but stayed at the motel across from this and they had a wonderful awesome big walking track that has lights at night and there are police in the area which makes you feel safe

Nice facility but a really big event could fill up the parking area relatively quick. Area beautification needs to take place within the outdoor track.

We are so fortunate to live in the Birmingham area where our kids can participate in indoor track & field meets at the Birmingham CrossPlex. This facility is top notch. It is kept extremely clean and they employ a very polite and friendly staff. I see the often encouraging the track participants. There was even one time where my son left is phone and they took the time to keep it safe and arrange for us to pick it up after hours.
