For those that order parts online for in-store pickup, I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. At this location in particular, the employees mark online orders as ready for pickup, without even locating the parts. Out of numerous online orders placed for pickup at this store in the last few weeks, I can't think of a single one that was actually ready. Even worse, within a two week span, they were unable to locate an ordered item on three separate occasions. Keep in mind that on each of the three orders, I received the "Your Order Is Ready For Pickup" notification before I even left my house. It seems that this location is either absolutely horrible at keeping track of inventory, or a victim of severe theft/shrinkage. In each case, I wound up having to travel to another location to pick up my item. In the first two instances, the employees were friendly, apologetic, and spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the part. When it was clear that the item could not be found, a store transfer was done, and I picked up the part from the other store without issue. The third time, however, was quite different. The employee, Monica S., told us to come back in 30 minutes, despite the order being marked as "ready for pickup" over 15 minutes previously. After showing her the email, she became rude and reluctantly went to find the gasket. As I was walking out of the store, I noticed that the part I had been given was incorrect. After arguing with me about it and claiming that I was wrong, she scanned it. This confirmed that I was right and only annoyed her further. A few additional rude comments and some swearing later, she stomped off to the back to retrieve the gasket. Quite quickly, she returned, and without saying a word, she refunded my transaction. This bothered me, since I would have greatly preferred yet another store transfer, as the order was paid mostly with Speed Perks points (which are non-refundable as far as I know). With their practice of dishonestly marking orders as ready for pickup, horrible inventory keeping, and rude/disrespectful employee Monica S., this store's management should be ashamed. One star is far too high of a rating.

When you have to get in and out and don't really know anything about the part that you need but they do know all the things that they need to know to help you out with that part this is the place to go to. The best prices in town.

Auto zone down the street couldn't help me so i hit advanced. The associates there were very helpful and they worked together to get me what I needed and back on the road. Theres a good crew working in this store

Fred at Advance on Bob Wallace was the absolute worst parts experience ever. As a retired Master Auto Tech with 35 years of experience, I have spent a lot of money here and it's only a 1/2 mile from my house. I will NEVER do business with Advance again, I will drive right by them to go to O'Reilly's.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! They replaced my car tag that was connected with security bolts. They wouldn't let me pay, either! Wonderful people! Wonderful service!

I wish I had the young man's name that helped me. He hooked a gadget up to my car and let me know why the check engine light was on.. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I think it's the first time I ever left an auto parts store happy LOL.. I always tip when someone helps me.. I tip my Walmart cashier as well as the person who checks air in my tire. I don't have a lot of money but I feel that any person who does a service for me deserves a tip. And all I had was a big handful of change for this young man, he happily took it LOL and he deserved it. I hope he reads this cuz he knows who I'm talking about!! Thank You ☺️

Very slow store. Went in to get a part. A guy from the mechanic shop was there. Instead of the lady name Cati helping she was all over the guy who is in a relationship with someone else. When asked for help she said i could wait. She was to worried about making sure he texted her later. Thought this was a part store not a hook up place. Will never be back there.

Dewy is amazing!! Very patient with my elderly Hispanic father and even spoke a bit of Spanish to try and help him. Only 4 stars because of the very rude African American man who brushed off me and my father to Dewy when I was translating for my father to him when I got there. Simply said “I don’t understand them or what they are wanting” (I’m very fluent in English, I actually speak it better then Spanish).
