For those that order parts online for in-store pickup, I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. At this location in particular, the employees mark online orders as ready for pickup, without even locating the parts. Out of numerous online orders placed for pickup at this store in the last few weeks, I can't think of a single one that was actually ready.
Even worse, within a two week span, they were unable to locate an ordered item on three separate occasions. Keep in mind that on each of the three orders, I received the "Your Order Is Ready For Pickup" notification before I even left my house.
It seems that this location is either absolutely horrible at keeping track of inventory, or a victim of severe theft/shrinkage.
In each case, I wound up having to travel to another location to pick up my item. In the first two instances, the employees were friendly, apologetic, and spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the part. When it was clear that the item could not be found, a store transfer was done, and I picked up the part from the other store without issue.
The third time, however, was quite different. The employee, Monica S., told us to come back in 30 minutes, despite the order being marked as "ready for pickup" over 15 minutes previously. After showing her the email, she became rude and reluctantly went to find the gasket. As I was walking out of the store, I noticed that the part I had been given was incorrect.
After arguing with me about it and claiming that I was wrong, she scanned it. This confirmed that I was right and only annoyed her further. A few additional rude comments and some swearing later, she stomped off to the back to retrieve the gasket. Quite quickly, she returned, and without saying a word, she refunded my transaction. This bothered me, since I would have greatly preferred yet another store transfer, as the order was paid mostly with Speed Perks points (which are non-refundable as far as I know).
With their practice of dishonestly marking orders as ready for pickup, horrible inventory keeping, and rude/disrespectful employee Monica S., this store's management should be ashamed. One star is far too high of a rating. ~John
