Novacare has been very helpful for my neck and shoulder issues. I have worked with Michael Inoshita on 2 different occasions (2015? And Aug/Sep 2020) and he has a very meticulous approach to discovering / understanding the root issue and worked with me to educate, resolve and provide a future path to better health. I would recommend Novacare and Michael Inoshita to anyone needing physical therapy. The team also helped my 14 year old son with his knee and hip flexor troubles. When I asked him to rate Novacare he said “I don’t have anyone to compare to but they did a great job helping me with my leg problems. They are very nice people that want to help you.” Update: Dec 2021 / Jan 2022 - very helpful staff and superior service. Very accommodating for early PT appointments. The Rush PT team at FFC Elmhurst is dedicated and very helpful. Michael Inoshita is my “go to guy” when PT and recovery is needed! They are highly recommended!

This is my second time have physical therapy with Lauren Gorski. When I was asked by a doctor if I had a preference for a physical therapy facility, I immediately remembered Lauren. Not only is she quite knowledgeable in training a patient to help them recuperate she is confident in introducing new therapy and recommending other doctors that could enable healing. I am quite comfortable with her and urge anyone looking for a physical therapy to try RUSH.

Mickey Gorski is wonderful! My dad had both of his knees replaced and Mickey has gone above and beyond with his recovery. We can't say enough great things about her. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

This is my second time going through PT in less than a year (1st time with Rush) and by far they are more hands on working with the patients. I have been working with Amy who is a very professional, caring, and thoughtful Therapist. She will spend time with you answering questions along with making sure you are doing the exercises the correct way. She truly wants her patients to improve and get better!

The staff at NovaCare were very knowledgeable and were able to isolate my problem and design a recovery program for me right away. They were friendly, courteous and very attentive to my physical condition the whole time I was working with them. I felt they had my best interests in mind the entire time and were following the program at all times. I would recommend them to anyone who need therapy, they really know their profession.

If you are looking for good physical therapy, you can stop looking now. At this NovaCare office they answer their own phone, and I have always been pleased with the personal attention I have received. They are friendly and definitely very knowledgeable therapists. This is my third injury in a third different spot and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The excellent location within a brand new health club facility in downtown Elmhurst is a real plus, but the level of care and professionalism provided by the therapists is the real reason to go. Micki and Michael are seasoned, compassionate professionals who understand the human body and the stresses we place on it. From sport injuries to aging issues, they have seen it all and will tailor and adjust your program to get you moving again. Having been to physical therapy in the past, I can attest to the superior care provided here. Physical therapy can be drudgery, but that is certainly not the case here. You will enjoy and look forward to your workouts. 5 stars without reservation.

Michael Inoshita of NovaCare provided me with first class physical therapy many times over the past several years. He is doing so again in helping me recover from a serious back problem. Not only does NovaCare and Michael provide excellent services they have the respect of the medical industry as indicated by the physicians who have recommended him and his team.
