The staff in Collinsville was awesome! Couldn't have gone to a better place for PT. David & his staff (Bryce, Natalie, & others) were very professional, caring, & friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

I have been coming to Apex in Collinsville for my Achilles Tendion and I am always welcomed with a smile by Melanie and my heating pad ready by Bryce or Dave. They have helped me walk again and are encouraging on my road to recovery. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family if they are in need of Physical Therapy.

Today was my last appointment, and Dave, Bryce and the others have left me feeling stronger and in far less pain. I have been to PT many times at other places, and have never had an experience this good. I actually looked forward to going each time, because they really cared about helping me heal. It’s a great atmosphere, with friendly, knowledgeable therapists and a pleasant office staff member named Melanie. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

I have recommended Apex in Collinsville many times. The PT David is very kind and knows when to push me a little more and when to slow down. I have complete confidence in his expertise and abilities. Melanie is always professional and friendly and does her job well. I miss Brice, he was also very good and was a knowledgeable and capable asset. The student Stephanie is eager to learn and assist. So glad I have this wonderful team so close to my home.

I fell at the beginning of November and had 3 breaks and knee damage in my right leg and a severe sprain in my left ankle. I started physical therapy at the beginning of January. Within 1 week I was able to bend my right knee and the pain in the sprained ankle subsided greatly. When David found out I also had vertigo, they contacted my doctor requesting I also do vestibular therapy so my balance is improved and hopefully prevent another fall. I really feel they ensured I was treated for my overall health instead of just the breaks and sprains. Additionally, my insurance changed twice during my treatments, causing additional work for the office administrator. She was so accommodating and never made me feel I was putting extra work on her. All of the staff is professional, but also very friendly. Everyone treats you like family. This has been the best PT experience I have had.

everyone here is wonderful! i was unable to complete my therapy due to other health issues but the time i spent here definitely helped me. Dave is a super nice guy and goes out of his way to help you. melanie is super nice and very helpful! love everyone here!

When I first arrived at the Collinsville Apex Network facility, I could barely walk. I used a walker, and had extreme limitations. Once we all realized my limitations, we worked through them, and I made great progress. We learned what we needed to focus on, and what to stay away from, due to pain. My mobility and balance improved almost daily. My strength continued to increase, also. They knew what they were doing. They were very flexible with scheduling. I don't know if I would have made as much progress anywhere else. My doctors are in awe, every time I return to their office for a follow-up. My neuro-surgeon reminds me that I was 24 hours from being in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. Then he just smiles when I show him my progress. Upon being released from the network, I was able to walk unassisted. The folks at the Collinsville facility are the tops in my opinion. Thanks to all.

Best experience ever. From Melody the scheduler to Sarah the therapist shows great understanding and knowledge. To Brice the staff makes it a warm and friendly place to be. Would recommend this location over all the rest. All are willing to help out other location. This place shows what team work is all about. Tim
