My first time here and not the last time. I had a minivan reserved for a road trip but when I got there they didn’t have the minivan. So they gave me another 7 passenger vehicle. No problem! They gave me a new 2020 Durango. 👍🏼 I drove to Florida with that and came back without any problems (unlimited miles). Checking in and checking out was quick. I will be back for a future rental. ~Louie

Their tire air compressor in the parking area is bad with " + " button not working to increase pressure. Ate my 2 dollars and was unusable. Employee gave me elbow grease saying they do not own the machine. Avoid this place. ~Tataia

Bought 2 Redbulls and caught the cashier taking away the Redbull promotion and upcharging me. Wont be back, wonder how many people that dont pay attention he getts. Bad greedy service. ~Marcos

Great customer service! Paul, the owner, went out of his way to help me find the tracking number for an item I shipped. He called me back promptly and tried every way to find that number for me. Very helpful, kind, and informative. Will be using them for any future shipping needs. Thank you! ~Mariah

One of the worst T-Mobile stores I’ve been too. Went in once and received no help then out of the blue tried again because I thought maybe the workers were just in a mood that one day. When I went in the workers were not helpful at all telling me because I’m a sprint customer they don’t have the power to access my account and that only T-Mobile customers have the unlimited screen protector plan but I have been getting them no problem at a different store, at that point I was told to go to my store that I normally go too if I wanted the screen protector. Bottom line is the employees should know how to access sprint customer accounts since sprint was taken over by t-mobile. I will continue to take the time to drive out of my way the Addison t-mobile to get much better customer service. ~Miranda

By far the best vibration analysis people that I have ever dealt with. Every time I hear that someone is having a problem I tell them to call Rotating Equip. I usually get a call back saying it was a simple fix that no one else could solve. By far the best. ~Jack

They need to have their employees check for expiration dates on items and need rotate the baked goods, didn’t realize I bought an old hard bagel until I got to the office lol. ~Cesar

The BEST customer service of any Chase branch I have visited. Parking lot is awful but so is just about every single location Chase has so par for the course. Always are willing to have someone stop what they're doing and help with my problems - in the rare instance that they can't help me right then and there they offer to set an appointment for a time that works on my schedule. Pretty much won't go into any other branch but this one from other experiences I've had. ~Zak

We had Albert out to address a 12 year old car with a black finish that was desperately in need of some help. There were scratches, car wash brush marks and water spots all over. Not any more! It was immediately clear to me that Albert knows his craft very, very well, and it shows in the work he did on this car. The interior detail is beautiful as well!! We will definitely have Decon out for regular cleanings for all three cars! ~DN
