One of the worst T-Mobile stores I’ve been too. Went in once and received no help then out of the blue tried again because I thought maybe the workers were just in a mood that one day. When I went in the workers were not helpful at all telling me because I’m a sprint customer they don’t have the power to access my account and that only T-Mobile customers have the unlimited screen protector plan but I have been getting them no problem at a different store, at that point I was told to go to my store that I normally go too if I wanted the screen protector. Bottom line is the employees should know how to access sprint customer accounts since sprint was taken over by t-mobile. I will continue to take the time to drive out of my way the Addison t-mobile to get much better customer service. ~Miranda
