The BEST customer service of any Chase branch I have visited. Parking lot is awful but so is just about every single location Chase has so par for the course. Always are willing to have someone stop what they're doing and help with my problems - in the rare instance that they can't help me right then and there they offer to set an appointment for a time that works on my schedule. Pretty much won't go into any other branch but this one from other experiences I've had.

It's horrible that they are always out of staff, I went to their locations in IL and tried to open the business account but they asked me to get the appointment. This should not work like this, COVID is just a reason actually they are saving money to not hiring staff. I had to pick another bank to open my business account then

The Worst! The customer service is atrocious at this branch. This branch made a mistake and expected me to pay for it! I had to go into the branch to sort out their problem. Not a single person made eye contact or apologized for their mistake and I felt insignificant and disregarded as a human. Take your business elsewhere in a market with unlimited options.

I showed up at the front door at 5:59 p.m. I know the hours said They close at 6 but there were customers inside and I was turned away. I Needed to withdrawal cash to complete a business transaction this evening... I can't explain my current frustration... considering how much of my business they get I'm honestly furious

If it was possible to proceed without selecting a star I would. I've never experienced racial profiling until today at this branch. I am not a member of Chase. However, I do go to branches often to have my employer (non payroll) check cashed. Today was my first time cashing one of these checks at this location. I provided my two forms of ID along with the check and made the teller aware I have no problem paying the fee. The teller comes back and states I've been "instructed" to call and verify your check. It took a long amount of time so I asked for the check back. I noticed there were some numbers on the back from the bank so I decided to go inside to avoid any issues at another branch. I walked into the bank and the branch manger Nella (not sure of spelling) is standing with her arms folded and snotty facial expression. The African American teller who was assisting me at the drive through greeted me with no problem. I then stated to the branch manager I've never had an issue in the past were my employers CHASE check had to be verified prior to cashing. She stated in a nasty tone, the screen is showing here that we have to call and verify. I asked how is that possible when you haven't typed anything in the system. The teller was only just given the check back and my 2 forms of ID. I asked if I can see what's being displayed the branch manger told me NO THIS JUST HAPPENS OFTEN. So the teller went to call to verify and as I am waiting for her to come back there is a Caucasian customer at the teller next to me making a deposit and they identified her money to be counterfeit. Noe the branch manger addresses her so nicely and even allowed the customer TO LEAVE with no issue! The branch manger then comes back by me and states "You know you can go to another branch" I told her I will not because I want to prove to you this check is legit. The teller comes back and says everything is approved and asks how I would like my cash. I then asked her, Was there really anything showing on the screen to verify my check? With fear and tears in her eyes she looked down. I told her she didn't have to answer I said you were told to that by your manager. It's because I'm African American. The teller assisting looked up with tears saying nothing. I told her not to worry because she did nothing wrong but I would be sure to report that manager. I asked her for her name, she was afraid to give me her name. I just wanted to share this experience because this is so heartbreaking that racial profiling is still taking place and in local communities. I will be making proper complaints as well but I want to get the word out on how this branch manager is operating that location. I have taken the proper steps in making complaints and the FDIC has been informed as well as Chase corporate office.
