This is the worst wendys I've ever been to. Id give it a 0 star score if i could. Every single time I've gone they take 30 minutes at the window to even take the order and then 15 more minutes to make the food. The staff just stands around in the kitchen chatting with eachother instead of taking orders. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes to be helped I'd goto a sit down restaurant. This wendys is absolute trash. Don't go. Absolutely abysmal service.

So I went through the drive thru and got charged twice. Went back once it was posted not pending on my back app and GM had to be in. After not seeing it on my bank account app the rest of the day went back to see what was up. I was then told it takes 7 to 10 days to credit back to my account. It only took 7 to 10 seconds for you to zap my account twice for $16.63. Dave Thomas would have just given me my money out of the drawer, pretty sure I'm done with you guys.

I ordered a combo meal. Instead of a drink I got a frosty. The drive-thru attendant ask me did I want chocolate or strawberry, I said chocolate. I paid for my food, said thank you to the not so friendly cashier, and drove off. I got home, ate my food, the burger and fries were good, frosty was good until I reached the bottom. The bottom was filled with strawberry (unbelievable). I was like, "why is strawberry n the bottom and I specifically asked for chocolate". The only thing that made since to me was they started filling the cup with strawberry and remembered I said chocolate and didn't want to get another cup and decided to put the chocolate over the strawberry in hopes of hiding it. Four things I thought immediately and they should have thought of as well. 1: I the customer asked for chocolate and that's what I should have received. 2. What if I was allergic to strawberry. 3. What if I had an allergic reaction from it. 4. Why couldn't I had just gotten what I paid and asked for. I know they're busy with so many orders from the drive thru, but sometimes I feel that some workers (not all) feels that it's okay to make a mistake and not correct it because most people won't go all the back to return it anyway. Everyone is on edge these days, because of the pandemic, inflation, gas etc. But remember small things matter too, especially when it can affect your health and life. Just be conscious of others. I'm not mad or upset, I love Wendy's and just wanted to make them aware.

Absolutely the WORST Wendy's I've EVER been to. Will never be going back. It took over 20 minutes even though I was the only person in line. Employees were rude including the on-shift manager. After the long wait, my simple order was very wrong. These idiots are the epitome of what it means to be a bad fast food joint

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you want your order jacked up or completely wrong...this is the place for you. If you want rude slow staff that makes you wonder why this place is called "fast food'...this is your place. If I get the urge to eat their food, I will happily drive 20 extra miles to be disappointed by microwave chicken nuggets. This Wendy's is a total waste of prime commercial real estate.

Not always open late to it's Google posted closing time of 4am. A sign will blame no staff. When its open it super busy with lines often backing on to Mercury Blvd. Plan to wait. BUT it's good to have fast food serving this late. Staff friendly and I have never had them mess up my order so KUDOS for that as well.

They need to clear house with some of the staff the food is horribly put together, the employees were arguing, they have no work ethic and the attitude was garbage! Plus repeated order twice and was still wrong. ** update. Went back seeing as how it's the closest Wendy's to my house and I cant stress enough how frustrating the staff is. Instead of listening to my order the woman taking my order was way to busy laughing at joke or something. Long story short order was wrong again and I will be traveling to the next closest Wendy's which I feel like I shouldn't have to.
