I highly recommend Curves of Plymouth,Mi. This is a great place for a quick workout. After a few.weeks I can feel the difference in my joints and my overall energy level. I'm so grateful to Laura and her team for the support and encouragement. I love this place! ❤

I have been going to curves on and off for around two years (pandemic and personal reasons) I can honestly say its the most friendly and welcoming gym ive ever been to. The trainers knowledge of fittness and nutrition is second to none always happy to help and nothings ever too much. If your lookung for a friendly all womens gym, to make new friends and enjoy a work out whilst having fun! Curves is definitely the place for you!

From our Curves member Connie A. I have been going to Curves for 17 years. I am 75 and I would not be able to be nearly as active and strong if I wasn’t a member of Curves. When I started Curves my BMI was 28, now it is 19. I was around 135#, now I am 125#. I am 5’7”. I have been to several different Curves, but the Plymouth Curves is far better than the others. The coaches are excellent and super nice. They make working out fun. 5 stars.

Best workout ever! Love the circuit training, more importantly, the well educated staff. Surrounded by nice, friendly ladies ... time goes so fast. Owner and staff are hands on, caring and motivating. You will not be disappointed.

This is a welcoming, caring, clean club. The owner is caring, encouraging, and thorough. The other club members are friendly, and it has a good community each time you work out. There are specialty classes and food classes to join, if desired. The Curves circuit is the perfect 30 minute, whole body work out for woman, including stretching. - Jennifer

I love working out at this Curves. I’ve been a member for some time and work out 3-4 times a week. The owner and her staff are beautiful ladies who care about all of us as individuals and help us with our fitness programs to ensure we get the best workout. Very clean and socially distanced when exercising. Everyone is very friendly and it’s kinda like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name. Great place to workout!!!😍

I love this facility!!! I’m a very busy Sales manager, and this workout is easy to schedule, adhere to, relieves my stress, and helps me get and stay strong as I age. The studio is immaculate, the atmosphere is positive, and I always appreciate the training and coaching that’s given on the circuit. Everyone should commit 30 minutes a day to their health! It reminds me that I’m important, while the world keeps spinning! A great place and investment in my health and lifestyle needs.

The Plymouth Curves is awesome. All of the coaches are very supportive and helpful. I like that every month they meet with me and I set a goal. The goal keeps me motivated to keep working out. I still look forward to going. It only takes 30 minutes and it is a fun environment. I have belonged to gyms over the years and I have never stuck with it consistently like I have with Curves.
