Would give no stars if I could. We were scammed and staff is extremely rude. Do not recommend at all. Replying to your comment. The generator was not used and we tried to explain to the staff and even spoke to manager which he straight up hung the phone up on us. Extremely unprofessional. I said what I said.

This place saved the day by ordering a Camera Battery for me that the Camera stores no longer carry. I got it in a week just as Levi & Ben told me I would. I picked it up and checked out the store and made sure to add them to my "Contacts" for future use. Plenty of parking and masks are optional at this time. Great job guys. Rick Zorn

I want to thank Kenneth the Manager at the Plymouth location for getting me situated with the exact battery I ordered. A few days prior the store installed a similar battery with a brand I wasn't very familiar with. But Kenneth emailed and asked if I wanted to get the exact brand I wanted, so I did. Randy the technician also did a great job. He installed my battery before the store closed for the day. I will definitely return if necessary. The prices are better and customer service is superb compared to the competition.

The ONLY reason Batteries Plus Bulbs received a 1 star was due to the discount I received when ordered online. Otherwise, after arriving in the parking lot, I called and was told the store was busy...where he had a couple of customers to service. After waiting an additional 12 minutes, I went in to get my paid for item. The item was still on the wall not ready for pickup. He then asked if I wanted a bag to carry it out...YES! (????????) I consider this was a not-so-good pickup order experience.
