Jacob is amazing!!! I came into the store with a ton of questions before getting new phones for my children & myself. He was able to answer all of our questions & even found a lower cost plan for my bill that keeps up with all the needs of my children & myself! We got 3 new phones, accessories, chargers, etc. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, & polite! I highly recommend going to see him if you need any help! I’ve been to the store quite a few times for assistance with things & he always does his best to help my children & me! I highly appreciate that he treats my teens good & answers their questions as well!! Thank you Jacob!!!

Wasn't buying a phone today but just had questions about the service. they identified that there was some work being done in my neighborhood tower. Really spend some time explaining what my expectations should be. I appreciated that and will be bringing another phone or two over to my business account within the next couple days.

Two days in a row, the door is still locked 5+ minutes after opening. Today, nobody is even at the store. Manager is not very helpful. Go to canton instead. UPDATE: Extremely unimpressed with the follow-up phone call. 1. You should listen to your customers' concerns without cutting them off. 2. I don't really care if, in your words, "we're one of the best stores around". It's 100% irrelevant. 3. I simply wanted clarification on something that we had talked about. Please don't tell me that "I explained that to your husband". Now even more deserving of the 1-star.

Great customer service goes a really long way with me and literally everyone at this store goes above and beyond to help you out in every single way possible, spent all day there trying to port my number from Verizon and they made sure everything worked out for me no matter what and was able to keep my same number thanks to them, super happy I made the switch and extremely happy they were so cool and patient through the entire process. Anything you need this stores got you covered and if they don’t they’ll make sure to go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Thanks again for all the help fellas!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store! The staff greeted me when I waked I’m the door and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and they helped me navigate the many options and choose one that was best for me. I’m not sure I would’ve selected the phone or plan had they not been there for me. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!
