Jacob is amazing!!! I came into the store with a ton of questions before getting new phones for my children & myself. He was able to answer all of our questions & even found a lower cost plan for my bill that keeps up with all the needs of my children & myself! We got 3 new phones, accessories, chargers, etc. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, & polite! I highly recommend going to see him if you need any help! I’ve been to the store quite a few times for assistance with things & he always does his best to help my children & me! I highly appreciate that he treats my teens good & answers their questions as well!! Thank you Jacob!!! ~Sabrina

Batteries Plus Bulbs

I want to thank Kenneth the Manager at the Plymouth location for getting me situated with the exact battery I ordered. A few days prior the store installed a similar battery with a brand I wasn't very familiar with. But Kenneth emailed and asked if I wanted to get the exact brand I wanted, so I did. Randy the technician also did a great job. He installed my battery before the store closed for the day. I will definitely return if necessary. The prices are better and customer service is superb compared to the competition. ~Rob

Kroger Fuel Center

Even one star is too many to give this establishment, but I am not allowed to give it any less than one star. This fuel center in Plymouth on Ann Arbor Road is the closest Kroger fuel center to my home in Canton. It is over 5 miles from my house, so I have to accumulate enough gas points to make it worth my time. As of today I have 242 August points and 690 Sept points. When I went to this station this morning, the attendant said I only had 3 cents worth of points, not enough to earn a discount on the gas I wanted to purchase. I didn't know if he was trying to scam me or what, so I left without purchasing any gas. When I got home I confirmed my point balance on the Kroger website. I also called Kroger's 800 number and confirmed my point balance with them. I said I wanted to file a complaint against the fuel center. The customer service representative said I would have to call the station's manager. She gave me the phone number which I immediately called. I let it ring 20 times without an answer and then a recording came on telling me to try my call again later. I waited 45 minutes and tried again and again no one answered and I did not have the opportunity to leave a message. This incident has left me disgusted with both this Kroger Fuel Center and with Krogers. I am not going back to this fuel center again. ~Frank

BP

These people are out of their minds! I guess they get away with it for people who don’t know any better and just hop off the expressway… but gas is consistently a FULL 40 CENTS CHEAPER per gallon less than a mile down the same road to the East. Keep driving, cuz this place ain’t right!! And to the owner, who apparently likes to reply to TRUTHFUL reviews with excuses for the price gouging: IF what you keep replying with was TRUE, gas wouldn’t be SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive at ALL other surrounding gas stations! So stop lying on top of it. Because that’s TWO things wrong instead of just the prices!! You really are just making things look even worse. ~Julia

Rite Aid

I see I’m not alone in my displeasure for this pharmacy. Twice in one month the pharmacist was late today it was by a few minutes the last time they were calling around to find a pharmacist so they could open and it was an hour later than they should have been open…. I’ve never heard of anything like this.. they are constantly running out of the big scripts like eliquis.. I asked why they didn’t stock enough for the people they know who are going to need it every single month? They gave me a nonsensical answer which was a different but also a nonsensical answer that they gave the time before that. Really, if we ran our business like this we wouldn’t have one. I was with a private pharmacy and never had a problem before they retired, I was obviously spoiled… they ran it like a business. It’s slim pickings in Plymouth…3 CVS and they’re all bad… ~Gina

Happy Nails and Spa

I have been going to Happy Nails for a few months now for a weekly manicure and a once a month pedicure. The salon is clean and well maintained, and they autoclave their tools after each use. It is very busy and sometimes there is a wait, but generally not very long. The service is a quick basic mani/pedi that looks good once done. If you are looking for a long slow spa experience you will not get that here, but that is fine. At such a low cost you get a nice clean manicure and you can be in and out quickly to get on with your day. The staff are all business, but not rude. I think that some of the people who reviewed them poorly are expecting way too much for a 15 dollar manicure. If you want to be fussed over and pampered spend the 50 bucks at a spa. If you just want pretty nails at a low price and to get on with your busy day then this is your place. I am giving them five stars based on the price point of the service provided. ~Cybill

AAA Insurance Agency

If 0 star is possible I will definitely give them it. The agent on the phone treated me like trash made me shop around for auto insurance and ended up with saving $800 for half a year with State Farm. Then refused to let me cancel the AAA membership since I paid for it in February and now it's only April. What year are they operating in by only allowing people to cancel membership at the time when it expires?! Will never do business again with AAA! ~Yanping
