I see I’m not alone in my displeasure for this pharmacy. Twice in one month the pharmacist was late today it was by a few minutes the last time they were calling around to find a pharmacist so they could open and it was an hour later than they should have been open…. I’ve never heard of anything like this.. they are constantly running out of the big scripts like eliquis.. I asked why they didn’t stock enough for the people they know who are going to need it every single month? They gave me a nonsensical answer which was a different but also a nonsensical answer that they gave the time before that. Really, if we ran our business like this we wouldn’t have one. I was with a private pharmacy and never had a problem before they retired, I was obviously spoiled… they ran it like a business. It’s slim pickings in Plymouth…3 CVS and they’re all bad…

Pharmacy paitents beware!! They consistently start filling from a new script even when you have refills remaining on the old script. I've asked them to use the refills that remain on my old scripts before they start filling from the new scripts that my Dr sends to them and if they could maybe put a note for the technicians to double check my prescription profile which they should be doing anyway and was told that they don't always have time to do that. I want to make sure I'm using ALL the refills from the previous scripts. The pharmacist also said they were not sure if they were able to edit scripts to reflect the old prescription number and she said that she wasn't sure if she could. Even though all she has to do is cancel the script and run it again under the old perscrtion number. They often cut you off when you're speaking and seem to have a general dislike for the job. I've call the customer service line and was told that I would hear back from the General manager, Tiffany. I never received a call back and wasn't left a message if she did call and I wasn't able to answer my phone. I'll be switching back to CVS.

Called to find out the availability of a covid over-the-counter antigen test they were out of stock asked if she could check a different store for their inventory and she said no because she is busy and then hung up... Pretty poor customer service won't be going to this location ever.

Pharmacy: great! Have always had good service with the pharmacy team. Store: bad. The store is now basically a gas station convenience store. Low stock, limited selection, high prices. The elderly cashier was texting on her phone instead of helping me. Save yourself time and money and go down the street to Kroger.

I asked multiple times why my insurance wasn’t paying for my Rxs. Every time they said yes it is. Finally when I called my insurance company they had changed preferred pharmacies and Rite Aid is not preferred anymore. You’d think Rite Aid could’ve been honest. Nope. No surprise since I was already going to change my pharmacy after asking them to help me get a Rx refilled when I was out of town. I had asked my insurance and they told me that Rite Aid could call the pharmacy in CA and send them the script. They refused and told me to find a Rite Aid where I was going and get the script filled there. So since there was no Rite Aid within 25 miles or more I had to do without my medication for 5 days til I got back in town. I’ll never use this place again.

.My husband and I both have compromised immune systems. He takes 8 prescriptions a day for diabetes and heart disease. I have had cancer and extensive surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. We wrnt in yo the Rite Aid booster. We were met in a dismisdive, intrusive and discriminatory this is egregious.manner. Two people interrogated us and asked why we felt we were entitled to the booster. We left without it. In the middle of a virus surge

I have been coming here for years and I have had consistent good experiences at this location. The pharmacists I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always been very knowledgeable and treated me in a welcoming way. I have noticed some of the negative reviews and I can see where they are going wrong. Many people want to pick up their rx like picking up a cheeseburger from a McDonald's drive through. IT IS NOT THAT SIMPLE. Pharmacist have to work with the doctors and sometimes the problem is on your doctors end. Thank you for the years of reliable service and I will continue to bring my rxs here:)

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I’ve been coming here for my prescriptions for the last 8 years. The last two years I’ve come here there is always a problem refilling my prescription. They do a terrible job of communicating what the problem is and they have POOR customer service. Even though my doctor has approved the refill, they say that there’s something wrong with their system and they can’t give me my medication. It happens every time and they always have a different explanation for why or they give me no explanation and they don’t care. There needs to be better management of the pharmacy and maybe some customer service skills. I’m switching to CVS.

Rite Aid went above and beyond my expectations today. I had just found out a local restaurant me and my son ate at Aug 25th had a hepatitis A outbreak. They were doing a vaccine clinic on Saturday morning but I have to work. I called my Dr but they don't give Hep A vaccines. Worried and stressed, I googled pharmacies near me with Hep A vaccine. I called up Rite Aid and asked if they were available, they had just gotten another supply in because so many people came in yesterday due to this outbreak. I spoke to (I believe her name was Deepta) and she was so nice, told me she would call me right back to make sure they had enough supply on hand and she did 5 minutes later. She held 2 vaccines for me and my son, I had to pick him up from school to go there. Process was easy, filled out form and vaccines were administered. I cannot tell you how relieved I am now and how much the staff at Plymouth Rite treated us so good. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I've been tolerating their subpar service for years because they have a drive thru. Today was the last time I'll put up with it. Went to pick up a prescription that was called in by my docs on Wednesday. When I came to pick it up Friday, I gave my name and birth date to the pharmacist who went to retrieve it. 10 minutes later, with no return of the pharmacist, I assumed they must be getting robbed at gunpoint. I mean, if it was a problem with my prescription, they would come and tell me, right? I called the pharmacy as I pulled away to find out what the problem was. They said it wasn't ready yet, didn't apologize for leaving me hanging for 10 minutes, and then couldn't tell me when I could pick it up. They called and left a message 10 minutes later with no information, just to call them. When I returned the call, the pharmacist was intent on explaining what went wrong on their end, to which I replied "when can I pick up my prescription?" She continued excuses with no answer to when it would be ready. I finally screamed, "WHEN WILL IT BE READY??!!" She screamed, "NOW!" I screamed in response "THANK YOU!!!" What ridiculous nonsense on their end. They fumbled the paperwork ball for the umpteenth time, yet took umbrage when called on it. Never again, Rite Aid, good luck with your impending bankruptcy.
