I have ordered from a couple different edible arrangements stores and everytime the fruit is not good. We were excited for the caramel and chocolate covered apples but the apples didnt tast like anything. Grapes were sour and strawberries were just ok. Not even a little bit worth the money. This used to be my favorite place. I'm do disappointed.

This place was so kind & helpful with my order. I placed my order at 9:30am & it was delivered by 12:45pm, same day! The arrangement was so cute & my sister loved it. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you :)

Always my go-to place for a quick gift! Delivery is always on time and strawberries are delicious :) A little on the pricey side, but for a special occasion it works out.

I get it it, It was Valentines Day and they were very busy. I ordered a week in advance and they still couldn’t deliver until the next day (I even told them that I understood that) I’m just not happy that the delivery driver tried to lie to my wife and say that I ordered “last minute” and that’s why the gift wasn’t received on time. I’ve been in businesses that deals with things like this my whole life and I think this is very degrading.

An unforeseen and unavoidable change of events altered the original plans for my friend’s birthday. This morning I scrambled to think of some way I could still honor her birthday. I thought of Edible Arrangement, but assumed a same day pickup would never be an option. I went online and my first surprise was that I was able to order an arrangement that could be picked up today. Bound by a tight schedule, my only option was to pick it up just before closing. Just 15 minutes before closing, I received a call letting me know that the shop closed at 1:00 (Sunday), but I was told they’d wait for me. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The arrangement was beautiful! I appreciated the friendly service and the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I ordered. This made my day and my friend’s too! ❤️

If I can provide a zero stars I would. I placed an order for Mother’s Day and was delivered incomplete and wrong order. I called the store and inform them and the store manager Vanessa had absolute no regard and could careless. Poor customer service, I have never experienced anything like it. I was not seeking a refund, instead I would have been satisfied with arranging the right order to be delivered the next day (considering it was Mother’s Day). Vanessa inform me that she would refund for missing items but no refund would be provided for the item delivered. No apologies for the inconvenience or remorse by the store manager. I have pictures and Ring Video (thank god for technology) of the item delivered and clearly shows the wrong platter delivered. Spending over $180 and only willing to refund $50 is ridiculous, no concessions or offer to make this better.. Think twice before placing an order here or better yet find a different location! I’ll be taking this matter to corporate and hopes to have this resolve.

This is WAY overdue, but this Edible Arrangements location was fabulous. I ordered a basket for Thanksgiving 2020 and hoped it would arrive to the family in the morning. I called the store and the delivery gal went out of her way to help get it there! Great customer service!

Placed order around 11:00 am and you had it there within a couple hours. I ordered the cheesecake with chocolate dipped fruit box for my Mother in laws birthday and she couldn’t stop raving about it. She also said the delivery person was very kind and wished her a happy birthday as well. She has been so depressed during this quarantine and you helped make her smile. Great job Edible Arrangements.
