The guy that helped my daughter and I(can't remember his name 10/30/2022) was amazing with his customers service. Although they had closed while we were still waiting he took the time and attention we needed. He did not rush us and made sure we understood everything before leaving. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were 100% satisfied with all he done.

Will Hunter is a tremendous asset to Cellular sales. He put this non savy senior citizen at ease and clearly answered all questions (There were many questions.) He gave me good advice without any sales pressure. It was a very good sales experience.

Service was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem to want to help. Store waiting in store for over an hour, even though there was only two customers ahead of me. When I finally did get help, guy seemed to want to take advantage and rip me off more than help me flirt what I wanted. This is not the first time I’ve received this type of customer service from the Christiansburg location. I’m leaving us cellular completely based on my experiences with this store.

The cell service is terrible here in SW Virginia. The money you are saving over Verizon is not worth it. Call drops, lack of coverage in to many areas, and 5g service isn’t worth talking about. It’s a great thing that my work cell is Verizon. After my time with this carrier My personal cell service will be going back to Verizon. Ask yourself before you sign with someone … what’s important to you! Look at it because the few dollars difference isn’t worth losing a cell service especially when you really need it.

They have no phones other than iPhone and Motorola. They got in the phone I'd prefer to have but only got in one and it supposedly wouldn't power up or charge. If you want anything other than iPhone or Motorola you have to wait for it to be ordered or pre-order a new upgrade that won't be out for another month.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and us cellular would rather lose me as a customer who pays every month on time, than waive a $30 fee just bc I upgraded to a new phone thru them. It's ridiculous! Not to mention the ridiculous service it's had lately....no calls and dropped calls. Did I mention I pay almost $400 per month. Do better for ur customers, we provide you income!! Honestly they should be ashamed.

Needed a new phone and a new carrier. Previous Boost customer, boost is lagging behind on many aspects: limited, if any, cell signal, limited, if any, inventory on site. Stopped in to the US Cellular, Christiansburg store front to check it out. Sales Clerk talked me into a new Samsung deal with accessories. Signal is intermittent but definitely neither a 5g nor 4g, locally. They were able to port my number, however. I have no impression either way; of the Company, their products or service, yet...

I wanted an hour and a half to get an Apple Watch after waiting inside and being told it would be an hour so I put my name on the list. After waiting and hearing nothing, I went back in to see about how much longer it would be only to be told it would “still be awhile”. I will no longer be using this location. Terrible customer service. This transaction should’ve taken no more than 15 minutes and I wasted almost 2 hours.

Had a problem with a new phone that suddenly wouldn't recharge -- took it back in and Leah (who had waited on us when we got the phone) was great! Figured out what was wrong with it and fixed the issue in a helpful (no fuss) way. Really good customer service.
