Nice little GameStop, good sales and considering the size, very good selection

First off , I am a regular at this Gamestop location. However , As of yesterday I refuse to shop there any longer . So while they didn't offer a price match (Breath Of The Wild goes for $50 at Walmart) , That didn't bother me . What bothered me is getting to the counter and one of the girls working asked me "what do you want ?" , while also being short with me the entire transaction. The other girl working was polite , until she was walking past me sitting outside and gave me a rude , weird wide-eyed look . To some it's not a big deal , but to be weirded out just going to buy a game ? I'll stick to Walmart or Best Buy ...

Staff is great! The prices they'll pay you for selling your games is super low but it's better than having them sit there to collect dust.

Walking in you notice the store is super clean, organized and there's always several employees making super dope suggestions, like where the clearance is or if you're checking out a game they tell you to check the website first because they do price match or where they have similar games, I just love how they vibe along with their customers. We always find great stuff and walk out of there happy, I can buy a lot of the games cheaper somewhere else and online but these guys are worth the trip and visiting the store, good customer service sells better than a cheaper price.

This GameStop is a prime example of why GameStop is going out of business. Terrible customer service, very sketchy people to work with, they need new management and workers. Do not recommend them at all. You’d be better off going to Best Buy down the road.

Had an issue with the website showing a sale and then going to the store and them charging full price but in the end they handled it for me just make sure to check it otherwise they could be taking double in my case triple what they actually charging only reason I'm giving 3 stars is cuz they handled My situation in the moment as a whole we shall see bet it does

The sales associate should not make you feel guilty because you choose not to participate in giving to their charity. I do not give my money to charity in stores that take up collections so they can benefit from it. I give directly to the charity. That is my choice and my right, I will not go back to this store.

Great staff as always. Found what we needed and then some. Husband doesn't approve of me adding to my plushie collection though but they always have sooo many cute ones! Awesome place for Anime plushies and shirts :)

We went in at 11:15 am today at the Conston Avenue location and once we got into the store, we started looking around and browsing. Five minutes into us being there, the woman behind the counter says out loud ‘we can only have 5 people in here, the last of you that came in have to leave.’ I understand social distancing and I respect it greatly but if you can’t have one of the other 2 employees that were just standing around in there outside counting people that come in, I don’t know what else to do. How are we as customers supposed to know that there already 5 people in the store? Do a better job and don’t be rude and unprofessional to potential sales that walk right out of the door.
