My wife and I recently purchased 2 new mattresses from Kurt at the Oxford Pa store. Kurt convinced us to buy a mattress protector for both. We are very happy he did. Our new puppy (4 month) just had an accident on our bed. (We thought the bark was to get on the bed but no, it was to go out). We quickly took off the bedding and protector and gratefully the mattress was completely dry! Kurt was not pushy, and his gentle sales pitch saved our bed. Thank you, Kurt!

I came here to find a new mattress to replace the ten year+ old mattress I have been sleeping on since moving in with my elderly grandmother. I’ve always had sleeping problems but as I’ve gotten into my adult years my problems got noticeably worse. Alexia was very helpful in helping me find my perfect mattress. As a diesel technician a good night’s rest is very important to make sure the repairs i make on a daily basis go the way they need. As you could expect crawling under trucks and turning wrenches in all sorts of ways can be very tiring and can make one very sore after a hard day’s work. When I laid on the mattress that I ended purchasing I felt all pressure on my joints almost immediately leave my body. I instantly fell in love with the mattress and knew I needed it. When I decided what mattress protector and pillow I wanted to go with my new mattress, Alexa helped me begin the finance process. I unfortunately was denied on my first attempt but Alexia was very persistent in helping me get the mattress I needed. After a short time on the phone with the finance company she helped me get approved for this fantastic deal! Alexia is highly knowledgeable and very helpful. She will do whatever she has to help improve your quality sleep and get you the best deal possible. I would definitely purchase from her again in the future!

Mattress Firm I n Oxford PA is an awesome experience do to the manager there named Kurt! I had the privilege of meeting Kurt two years ago when I 1st stopped in there looking for a bed. Do to a number of factors and checking other bedding establishments out for pricing etc. It took us two years to finally purchase a new bed. My wife and I stopped in to Mattress Firm today. We came back there because of Kurt. He sold us a bed with patient and friendly guidance. When I say patient I mean patient it took us over three hours two pull the plug and make the purchase do to my indecision. Kurt was excellent and I'm sure the whole staff is!

My experience with Mattress Firm (at the Oxford, PA location) was wonderful. I came in on Memorial Day with a very limited budget and limping from sciatica caused by my 30-year old mattress. Kurt was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and patient, in fact I have rarely in my life been so impressed by a sales associate. He was the ultimate low-pressure salesman, presenting me with reasonable selections while considering my limitations and concerns with genuine care. I ended up ordering a mattress that I believe will help me medically and will give me comfort and peace of mind for many years. A worthwhile investment, thanks to an excellent advisor. I came in to purchase a basic mattress at the Oxford store and the salesmen Kurt assisted me. I typically don’t enjoy being unsold but he explained the benefits of the more expensive mattress then set it up for me to try…I was totally sold. He was very friendly and made the whole process easy. He even assisted me a few weeks later to find the mattress protector that came with my purchase. All around great experience.
