I don’t understand why you would be shutting systems down an HOUR before you are are scheduled to close. I went Saturday to get my license renewed. They are scheduled to close at 4:00. I showed up at 3:40 and it’s like 2 woman and the male working we’re just waiting to clock out because as soon as I walked in they told me they shut the system ma down an hour early. I find this completely unprofessional and nothing more than pure laziness. It’s no excuse. Coming from someone who is familiar with those job settings. I could go on but all in all the staff that was working Saturday March 19th 2022 were unprofessional and I honestly will be tellin people on my neighbors app about the experience so they don’t waste there time.

I’ve used Wiggins in Oxford multiple times and they are convenient and know how to do their job! Some employees are more pleasant than others but I can understand their impatience when they have a sign on the door that says “please don’t knock on the door” and people still knock obnoxiously anyway. Give that JP girl a raise she’s awesome! Thanks Wiggins.

I went to Wiggins to finalize my move back to PA and was fortunate to have Jean as the lady at the counter. Unlike most DMV's, Jean was very friendly and very quick with the multiple forms that needed to be filled out. I also really appreciate her patience with me, and her ability to help me by explaining all the different forms and documents needed to complete my visit to the DMV. There's a reason why I choose this Wiggins in Oxford as my go to for all DMV transactions.

Any time I have had to do any car paperwork they are always so helpful and great to work with! Dont be hesitant to ask questions as they are very helpful with many issues involving your needs! They are very polite and cheerful as many other places are not!!

Went to get something “notarized”. I was told to get in line with 12 other people who were doing drivers licenses. Maybe you should have a notary line and a drivers license line. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately the ownership doesn’t get the complaint. I have no problem waiting my turn for the proper service. If your looking for notary service or auto tag service go to Auto Tags Plus in Oxford. You won’t get lumped in with drivers license service which can be time consuming. A five minute transaction versus a 25 minute plus wait. Wiggins, why won’t you separate your services to better serve your customers? Notary/auto tags Line A.....Drivers license/ ID service Line B....????

I have to admit that I was very frustrated with this place at first. They wouldn't answer the phone, I thought they were creating problems with my situation that didn't need to happen, and they had little concern for the hoops that I was going through just to get a license plate. At the end of the experience they were actually very helpful in calling customer support, dealing with my insurance agent, and faxing over required paperwork in a timely matter. Glad the experience is over but come to realize that PA's regulations are the real problem.

Wiggins is the worst possible place on earth to get any kind of courteous truthful service !! They are rude to not give you the proper information to make a run around and gather more information and when you come back they say no you can’t do anything here . Not only that there was one person working there with one child that looked like she was probably 14 playing on the company computer and two younger children that she clearly could’ve stayed home and babysat so that the one person that was there could’ve properly service the people using their service !! Went straight to the other tag place in Oxford Pennsylvania was promptly greeted courteously served and out the door in five minutes !

I have never had a bad experience here, not sure what these bad reviews are about. I was in and out within 15 minutes even with 3 people ahead of me in line. Jessy and Jean were friendly and very helpful as always! Please do not pay attention to the bad reviews, they must just be people frustrated with PA DMV regulations.

The last time I tried to call, I had to call quite a few times to get an answer. I totally understand being busy, but just put me on hold, I'm happy to wait until you can help me. I also had a question on the price of something so I could make sure I had enough money with me and I got an attitude like I was bothering them. Some of us are on a budget and need to plan. However, when I was there everyone was nice and helpful.

FANTASTIC!! Don't believe these other reviews! I was weary going in after reading the reviews, but was blown away by the friendly, fast service. A 60 day temp tag for out of state buyers was 62 bucks and no other fees for notary or any other part of the title transfer. Jessy took excellent care of us, and her coworker was very nice as well. I have never done a google review before but I felt bad that they had such a negative rating. My guess is people are probably annoyed and frustrated with the whole DMV process and the hoops you have to jump through to get a car registered in PA. Jessy also mentioned that people are confused and get very upset because there are two offices in one...PA DMV photo licensing and Wiggins tags and the photo place is closed Mondays while Wiggins is open.
