I used to live by this car wash, but now live in college park. I drive from college park to get a full wash. Very thorough, and always a good job done. Where I live they want to charge 3x the amount for half the services... and bad customer service.

Every time I go here they never spray both sides of my car with hot wax at the beginning and my windows are always always nasty afterwards as you can see in the pictures Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

My car was clean after the car wash but upon getting home I noticed it had chipped paint off the car in a couple spots! The vacuum was okay but the suction wasn’t strong enough on the one I used so it took longer than it should have. I won’t be returning as I don’t want any more damage to my car.

The Worst I have ever seen. They didn’t clean my car well. Very bad in communication and they are not listening to you when you show them where the dirt is. I have paid $44 for full service and it doesn’t worth.

The wash I paid for wasn't performed on my car. The kiosk to pay was broken so they have no way of knowing what service you paid for when they manually take your card somewhere to get it charged.

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could have left zero stars I would! Came to get my car wash here. Paid $35 for full service. Went through drive through wash. Had the hand service. At the end they come to get me to say my car was finished. Immediately upon walking to the car I saw water spots. Side Note: I frequently wash my own car and have NEVER had water mark spots. So this is unacceptable. I asked them if they could fix it and the girl tries, but it won't come off. I asked to speak to the manager and he immediately became rude. Telling me it would be extra work and $50 to remove it. $50 for what!?? The Car wash wasn't even $50 I could have went through the drive through again. He could have given me another chance to come back. No customer Service What so ever! I called the Police because he was really rude, loud, and not willing to give me a refund! Police came and much to my surprise...Gwinett County Police Dept. stopped coming here, because of the service! Anyone who knows me, knows I'm very mild mannered, usually don't dispute things, and actually hate when people send their food back at restaurants BUT this is definitely going to be disputed! Just don't come here.. highly disappointed!

Usually come every now and then to get a wash. Early bird special used to be a bit cheaper than now (must be under new Mgmt.) After coming out of the wash there was some residues leftover from wax still on vehicle and also a few light scratches that were not there before. No mngr on site to speak to and those working spoke mostly Spanish, so communication is already difficult. Called and got no response and left a message. Still, no response.

Good deals on getting your automobile clean. Very friendly staff with lots of help. You can self clean your vehicle or pay them to custom clean your car like new. We stop at this location on Jimmy Carter every time we pass thru Atlanta. Georgia.
