Worst experience ever did carside delivery literally waited 12 minutes past their 2-minute countdown and still absolutely refused to honor their 2 minute free pizza said that I should have came through the drive-thru it was my fault even though their timer started and told me to park in the parking lot and turn on my hazards I did that and waited 12 whole minutes! And nobody came out so I called the store, and said on hold for eight more minutes before I went in to complain and he blamed it on me and said I should have came through the drive-thru this place is still worthless as they were 3 months ago I highly recommend another pizza place when visiting Steubenville Ohio

Absolutely love their food, they make it the best!! It always comes out perfect, I always order the BBQ bacon specialty chicken with the Philly Pizza and it always comes so cripsy and evenly topped. The workers are always so kind and timely when I pick up!

I repeatedly tried to order online so I could use your coupons.It failed 5 different times.I was 5 minutes away but it did not work. I called manager at store.He said no coupons unless you used the online service.I explained it to him.He said too bad.He would not honor it. I love your pizza but you have no heart at all.You just couldn't have compassion for a widow trying to have one special meal.I didn't need another disappointment.I needed you to be friendly.needed you to care.I see how that worked out. The pizza was so hard they didn't add my extras the five cheese dip pan was so so bad no cheese on top it was in a ball on the side of pan the delivery diver was nice and respect full and yes I did tip him

Sat in drive thru with one car ahead of me for 10-15 minutes with not even one person coming to the window. No way to get out of line to even go inside to pick my food up. Very unhappy with this visit.
