Use them twice actually. Ferguson's House of Furniture Rented one large like 26 27 ft truck took it back later that next day and picked up a smaller truck or vice versa but they were more than friendly everything went well I will look to do business with is it again.

Hired this company to put in a bathroom for me.. Absolutely a mistake… New to the area and they were the first company we could find who said they could get the job done. Everything and I do mean everything was shotty and done unprofessionally. Tile work was terrible. Bathtub was crooked and wouldn’t work.. They damages the brand new shower diverter by trying to jam it in. Both toilets ( brand new) leaked and the shower was inoperable. Asked them about it and they said “ they don’t know why it’s not working! The owner, Henry, was completely unprofessional and Ill mannered, although when bidding the job was polite. We’ve NEVER written a bad review about a company, but these guys cost is additional money to have a legitimate contractor come in and fix all their mistakes. The local contractor we brought in said it’s some of the sloppiest work he’s ever seen. Save yourself some time, money and frustration and look for someone else.

Don't go here! The office was disgusting. It honestly looked like a person lived there without electric and running water. A dirty mattress was leaning against the wall, the place was so dirty, and trash was thrown all over the place, and the smell...😳🤢🤢

Owner is the most helpful dealer I've ever met. Equipment was clean and in perfect working order as well. Promised time for truck and car hauler was not only on time, it was early. Absolute pleasure to do business with. Will definately be back.

Mr. henry is a nice guy, but apparently there is someone syphoning gas from the trucks after hours. I filled up the tank to where it was when I picked it up at another location then a few days after dropping it off I was charged for gas. Which is nonsense. I won't use this location again because of this. He needs a fence around his lot with a lock.

If I could go less than 1 star I would. Reserved truck, day of rental they didn't have it or a replacement. Manager claimed he would get one asap. He did not call back! RENTER BEWARE. UNTRUSTWORTHY

Big Henry is a local man but is a man of integrity. The shop is a little rough but I wasn’t there for the shop. I was there for the trucks. Trucks were clean. Price was good. Glad there are people like Henry around!

We got in a bind when moving on a Sunday at 2:55 pm... started calling uhaul places, talked to a few ppl and they didn’t have nothing or were closing, Henry was very nice, and stayed open for us till we got there! And we’re a little late returning the truck, and helped us out!!! Very nice ppl!!!!!

The office was dirty, cluttered, and had a horrible odor. The 10' truck we rented smelled just as bad as the office. It took over an hour to rent our truck because he couldn't multi-task with the phone ringing and other customers coming in. This was not the U-Haul dealer we made our reservation with and were very disappointed when we were sent here with the service we received. I'm not sure how a company like U-Haul would allow a dealer to be this way.
