Horrible billing process. They make errors consistently and refuse to fix them. They have no problem charging you! After talking to practically the entire office none of these alleged professionals can figure out why these errors exist or how to fix them. On top of that nobody has attempted to compensate me for the inconvenience they have caused. To be the most expensive place to rent trucks I expected a higher level of professionalism. If you can go with Enterprise or Budget, both companies are considerably cheaper for the exact same equipment. Or go with Ryder which offers the same service at a better price. Your best bet is to avoid this office at all costs. You can go to the Akron office or any other branch if you just have to get a Penske truck. This Canton office will bill you and not send you a receipt. I literally had to stop what I was doing (otr truck driver) to go to the office and get receipts. This was after I was told the receipts would be sent via email. I’ve made countless calls inquiring about questionable charges which never got settled. Again I had to stop my business and go to the office because a phone call or email gets ignored. The visits to the office were pointless because Patrick assured me that he would handle things, yet days later the same problem still exists. Patrick and Anthony went vigilante doing the rewrite and created mileage on their own, then tried to charge me for it. Instead of correcting their error they want to continue to act clueless. This is the behavior I expect from my four year old son when he’s expected to be accountable for his mistakes. I definitely don’t expect this sort of better yet lack of professionalism from a grown man/men, better yet males. Please save yourself any inconveniences and spend your hard earned money with people who appreciate your business.

After a month of back and forth with this company and the canton branch 7 transactions where charged to my card ranging from $117.50 -$1,260.00 for a one day rental that was returned in 8 hours absolutely terrible company to work with the finance guy I have called 3 times and never once returned my call absolutely should be ashamed of them selfs this is not how veterans should be treated ever absolutely should be put out of business

We called Penske Sunday morning last minute after trying to pick up a truck from Uhaul that said they were open but apparently wasn’t and talked to Andrew and he squeezed us in for a 16ft truck for the day at Penske on Perry Dr in Canton! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend!

This review is based off of the customer service I received when speaking with Patrick. I recently moved and needed a moving truck, I went through an authorized business and the truck was great for the job. However I had an issue with communication from from the authorized business about how long it would take for me to get my hold refunded. After speaking with Patrick at Penske he went above and beyond to get my questions answered clearly and was huge help getting the issue resolved.

**Update: Recently their service has been on the decline. I had reservations for 5 different trucks over a 2 week period, all of which were confirmed a second time verbally on the phone with our account rep. Penske called the day we were to pickup the first 2 and said they did not have any trucks available and did not know when they would have any. Eventually they were able to get me 2 smaller trucks and promised to switch them out with the size and type we had ordered, they were never able to swap them out. A few days later when I was scheduled to pickup the rest of the trucks I had reserved I received a call that they still did not have the trucks available. They eventually were able to get 2 of the 3 but I had to get the third truck from Enterprise. There have also been billing problems where were charged incorrectly and had added insurance fees on our invoices when our account is setup to decline the additional insurance. **Past Experiences Good pricing, lots of newer trucks, good service. We have used them for years for our business truck rental needs.

Truck was a very nice vehicle. Very clean. I returned on July 5th after hours. Called July 6th to make sure all was good. Was told it was low on fuel by 8 gallons. I just filled up at Speedway off Southway. I protested that it was incorrect and they took that change off my bill. At $8.00 per gallon, that is alot of extra money. Im grateful they took that off, but watch you bill.
