ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company. They delivered someone elses package to my house and gave me the notification that mine was delivered when it clearly wasn't. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help over the phone and speak to a real person. Then when I go into the store to bring this package and ask about mine they tell me to call the 1800 number and pretty much told me that it is not their problem. They didn't even have the decency to look up my tracking to see if it was still in their station! On top of it I tried to file a claim online and they told me I needed to contact my shipper. I will be making sure NO ONE I know ships through them and will be posting this on various social medias to spread the word. There is a reason their rating is so low. The workers inside were lazy and rude as well.

Superviser Lori needs to be fired immediately. I would leave a negative number of stars because 1 is too much. I paid for a next day delivery service, for a very important medication. This morning until 11:30 am the tracking number showed that it was delayed. I left the house to pick up my daughter, and spent 40 minutes away from the house. Upon my return there was an attempted delivery notice. I explained to Lori that I needed this medication, she made up some contorted reason why it was my fault, was very rude, and told me it would be delivered tomorrow but she couldn't say when. I tried to explain why i needed this medication urgently, and she hung up on me. Thanks for endangering my life UPS

Came to mail a package for my son's birthday gifts. It was painless you actually fill out all the information on the computer print a label and bring it up to the counter I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Have never had issues with UPS before but within two weeks have had two inexplicable issues from this location has affected my trust of this shipping company. One package says I denied delivery and after calling multiple times get told it actually “fell out of the box and everything thing was discarded” two weeks later on the claim and no resolution but when I reach out am told claim was closed but neither I or the shipper were notified. Then I have perishables shipped and 4 days after original delivery date and alert of delay but now it updates online and shows it keeps getting rerouted from this location to another one in the city without ever being contacted and the package is probably bad by now.

Very poor customer service, the employee in the customer service center made me feel like I was interrupting him hanging out, didn’t offer to look about my tracking information or details even after I expressed the situation to him. He kept saying call the 800 number and I repeatedly told him the 800 number has not put me through to a live agent just prompts. I run a business and use ups as frequent if it more than usps and to experience this kind of service was flat out unacceptable

I just discovered how easy it is to drop off my Amazon return packages. I have been here 3 times and each time has been less than 2 min before I'm back in my car ready to go home. That make it so easy.

Worst shipping service. It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone in order to hold packages. It makes no sense. This is the worst service. USPS doesn’t have half of these issues. I recommend using USPS or FEDEx. Even DHL. This shipping service is terrible.

Very misleading recordings. The automated service rep actually lies to! Im not even kidding. It says please explain your reason fo your call, if u say just about any request it says i know you want to talk to someone but before i connect u please tell me a little more about your call.
