DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE - if you’d like it to be drivable at least. I came in for a simple oil change. As soon as I drove off I could hear something was off. That night my car wouldn’t start. I had it towed back and was handed nothing but excuses on how it must’ve been something I’ve done. I simply asked for a refund, since towing the car to a repair shop alone would be more than the oil change, and was given push-back. They’re liable for the entire repair and a $60 refund is the least they could do. Irresponsible and unprofessional. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Service: Oil change

Understaffed, thus extremely slow! 5th car in line and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get out the wash. The owner needs to hire more people, because the 4 ladies are running back and forth from the vacum to the drying area nonstop.

Very speedy and work well done. Oil changes are always done well, and I was very impressed with the basic car wash. They cleaned my car so well, I had to make sure I didnt order the most expensive one. Lol

Took my BRAND NEW YUKON to get cleaned and the cleaning people broke the wires to my back windshield wipers. Once I called it to the mechanics attention, he said that it didn’t matter that it was a minor issue and that I would have to take it to get fixed. So when I called the manager, he put the mechanic on the phone and they both started claiming that my car came into the shop like that but my car is barely a month old and brand new. The customer service is horrible. And worse of all they tried to say that I was lying when I watched the women break the wire. Don’t come here! It’s a waste of time!

If u want a car wash that is sub par . takes over an hour and a half to complete and has a receptionist that does not know the difference between a 4x4 truck and a mini van then come here. The staff are rude. Rush u to pay and then charge extra because you have a transit smaller than a roller skate. Seriously.... They suck.

Waited for over two hours for a simple oil change and clean. There was a rough language barrier with the employees. But of course, I must give credit where credit is due. The cleaning crew did a good job. They did such a good job of cleaning in fact, that they cleaned a twenty dollar bill right out of my car. I'm so thankful they were able to remove that pesky money! When I asked the receptionist if they could ask their workers if perhaps they mistook the money for their own, or if maybe they could check the vacuum to see if they accidently sucked it up, the receptionist with a mediocre language barrier at worst, suddenly became a full-blown monolingual speaker...and as my fortune would have it, not in English. Instead, she helpfully referred me to a sign posted behind the building stating that this fine establishment is not responsible for any lost items. Of course, I should have taken my money with me. But nevertheless, if I can't trust an establishment to clean my car without stealing my things, how can I trust it to care for my car? Bummer. This was my first time here and since it's so close to my home I was really hoping it would be my go-to.

"speed" is a misnomer. I was looking for a good, cheap car wash. instead, I waited in line for about 20 minutes before realizing that it wasn't going to be worth the wait. and they wanted $20! if you know of any nearby places that are actually fast and cheap ($10 or less) please let me know, but this is not the one.

I went in for an auto detailing service. The owner got in my car to inspect it and he said it was going to be $120 to clean it very well from the inside and have the seats cleaned. I asked him questions of what was included in the package and he was on his phone playing poker not even really paying attention. I let them do it because I had been there before and got my car serviced and they did a decent job on them but I paid $120 for what looked like a $20 car wash,. I inspected my car to see if it looked nice and I was really disappointed, I had to tell them there were still some spots that needed to be cleaned on the seats. One of the lady's cleaning my car smeared my lipstick by accident on my seat but she didn't even bother wiping it off. I had to tell her to do it. I left that place livid. The $120 I paid was not worth it at all. I will NOT be going there anymore. I tried telling the owner that there was still vacuuming that needed to be done and he kept saying it was more $ because it was too much work and he kept saying "too much work". That is what I was paying for, to have my car vacuumed well and my seats cleaned. By the way, having the seats cleaned to them is just cleaning with a towel and armor, that's all, something I could have done and when I left there was still a lot of dirt and dust in between the crevices and they didn't even move the seats forward or back to vacuum those spots. Save yourself some money and just do it yourself or just pay for a $20 regular car wash.
