My story is about the customer service here at Lululemon rather than the products. My sister and I are out of town and were stopping to grab Noodles and Co for lunch on the way home. We got a flat tire and had to park outside of Lululemon. We just got a kitten on our trip and he was starting to overheat even though we were in the shade and had water. A lady walking by noticed him in his carrier and started asking about him. She went into Lululemon and asked if we would be able to keep him in there to stay cool while roadside assistance came. The staff kept him near the front and out of the way, but in the air conditioning and cooling him off. It was a long process of fixing the tire but when I came to get the cat, the staff were all smiles and being nice about how they enjoyed helping. I was so thankful that even though I wasn’t a paying customer at the time, I was given some help. Thank you Lululemon! I will return with money and more time to spend!

I went yesterday simply to show a friend Lululemon and oh my goodness this store! First of Kaelynn and Charlotte went above and beyond to help her find what would be her size in the future and what colors would look best on her. So patient with our millions of questions and I never felt like a bother. I am seriously obsessed with this store not only because I love Lulus but the service there is phenomenal!

Good quality products, but way to expensive! I’ve been in a couple of times and the sales staff has always greeted me, but then act like I’m a bother when I ask questions. Go to Old Navy and save your money.

I really like this store. I've had a few problems with items getting holes (brand new and some used), but whenever I needed help they fixed the problem promptly. The staff is very accommodating and professional and so is customer service. I am a regular shopper and will continue to be. Great brand with great inspiration behind it. Highly recommended.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. I had gone with an online return, I had not seen anything in the store for an exchange so a return was needed. My return was complicated by a computer issue. In order not to inconvenience me they offered to follow up with me once the return was complete. Which they did and I am grateful. Thank you
