I arrived at 10am right when the store opened. Was told someone would be right with me which is fine. 10 mins later as I'm still waiting to be helped a lady walks in and gets helped immediately. This store is quick to post BLM signs or whatever social justice cause that is hot at the moment. But what am I to think? Black male waiting for assistance and a white customer walks in and immediately gets help. I'm only one person but I will never patronize this store or any Pacers for that matter.

Such a nice experience, from start to finish. I went in because of pain I was having on my ankle after my runs. They helped me find the right shoe, and the pain went away almost immediately! The sales associate was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend. They also have a military and/or healthcare discount!

I was on a mission to get a certain brand because my physical therapist recommended the brand and a particular model. I didn't really like the look of that particular model because of the limited colors. The brand has another model with much better color choices. Upon arrival at the Clarendon store I was greeted immediately andvery pleasantly by the young lady at the desk with a American University running jacket on( I am sorry but I didn't get her name). I explained the situation to her and she explains to me in detail the differences between the models and what I would experience when wearing either model. With this information in hand I was able to make an educated decision based on what I require and not fashion. The young lady gets my measurements and bring me the available version of the model I need. I try a pair on and was able to take my time and walk around the store as much as I wanted to before deciding to make my purchase. Knowing I needed these shoes for a quality of life (double hip replacement)I purchased two pairs. After taking my daily walks wearing them I wish I would have purchased them much sooner. If the young lady who waited on me in indicative of the staff here I would recommend going here for your running shoe purchase. She kept me from making a purchase based on the wrong criteria (fashion)which can be very difficult for me.

The manager Liza is the absolute best. The staff and Liza will do everything in their power to assist in getting you the best shoe for your physical activity. I even had a dud shoe and she was able to swap it out within the return period hassle free. Thank you and if you are looking to purchase shoes make sure to buy them here!

I was looking for a new pair of running shoes and the Clarendon store provided superior service. My running gait was examined both on the treadmill and outside as well as checking my foot size and arch. They were able to provide four different choices for the running shoes. Good job and I recommend the store.

I have foot issues, and finding shoes is usually a horrible process for me. However, Sean at Pacers in Clarendon made it such an easy process. He helped me find workout shoes as well as shoes for every day wear. I'm on my feet all day and really needed something comfortable but supportive. I can't say enough good things.

Did get the fit you expected? No hassle exchanges! I've been shopping at Pacers for over 20 years and very rarely have had to bring back a pair of shoes. Because of Covid, I bought a pair of trail shoes from their online store. They just didn't fit the way I expected. I brought them down to the Clarendon store and the manager exchanged them, no questions asked. Actually, that's not true. He did ask questions about the fit of the exchanged shoes, a lot of them. Then we sat down and went through 4 other shoes and found the ones that were the perfect fit. Service has always been at the heart of this store. You will not be disappointed.

Underwhelmed with the general feedback after visiting the store for arch support in my shoes. Rep simply placed two different supports on the ground and asked which felt better. I didn’t get the sense they were very knowledgeable at all. Not very many questions asked to get to know my running style, goals, etc. Or why a support was better than the other for me. Guess I was looking for better guidance overall than that. Didn’t purchase. Will find another store

Bought the wrong pair of running shoes, a few months later they replaced them at no cost with the perfect pair of running shoes. They are smart, generous, and a big part of our community. Additionally, I needed a pair a sneakers to use for casual walking around it and bought a pair that are super comfortable.
