They re-sized a ring that was too tifht. They were friendly and patient. They took care of the problem. There was no extra charge. I will continue to use them for jewelry.

Anything less than 5 stars is an absolute joke. One of my diamonds popped out due to my carelessness and they overnighted the stone I needed. Then, the repair took 5 minutes the next day. I drive about an hour to this shop because they are knowledgeable, quick, and priced right. Everyone in the shop can answer any questions you have and are always so kind. They also always polish my rings when done which is such a fun treat!

The owners of Sacremento Jewelers, Teddy and Janeth, are simply two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are honest, attentive, kind and helpful whether you are just browsing or purchasing a piece from their exquisite pieces. Teddy is the talented goldsmith who will appraise your jewelry and do everything from sizing a ring or replacing tines to creating a custom piece for you. His workmanship is exemplary and his prices fair. I can't think of a better place to go for all of your jewelry needs!

The family running this place are so kind and helpful! I have gone in twice, once for cleaning and the second time for a ring resizing. Their charge is the best thus far, their range is ~60-90 when I called. My fiancé paid $90 for the resize because it was an infinity ring (resized from 7 to 4), the diamonds might move around so he would have to do extra work to readjust the diamonds so they don’t fall out

I brought in a ring for resizing. Excellent customer service on drop off and pickup. They also called to let me know the ring was ready. The ring was resized beautifully and I couldn’t believe how meticulously cleaned it was, they did a great job! I would recommend them and will be back.

This place is AMAZING!!! They resized my ring in one day (would have been same day but I got there right before closing). They did a wonderful job, you can’t even tell the ring was resized. Their pricing was EXCELLENT as well. I had called a few other local jewelers and they were quoting me $100-$150+ and this lovely shop only charged $50!!! Highly recommend very friendly staff as well!

Fantastic place! I went with my engagement ring, that had been scratched and sized incorrectly at Jared's, and Sacramento Jewelers adjusted it PERFECTLY and buffed the scratch in record time AND didn't cost a fortune. Can't recommend them enough. While the outside looks sketchy, they're professional and safe inside, and helpful to work with. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Will go there again for other jewelry needs. I never give reviews of places, but after my experience with them, I felt I had to spread the good word.

I came here to have my engagement ring fixed because the stone was loose. All the previous reviews were right! The jewelers were timely and efficient. My ring came back fixed within 20 minutes and was polished to perfection.
