Got my watch battery changed here. My sister recommended this place after getting many of her watches done there. The battery change was quick (1 min), cost $10, and the person working was very nice. Highly recommended.

I came to get a bracelet resized. The price was super reasonable and MUCH less than the other quote I got from a repair place at the pentagon city mall. They were able to get it done in 2 hours and it looks great! I will definitely bring them other jewelry repairs.

The service at Eternity Jewelers is above and beyond! I had to get my wedding ring and engagement ring resized. They were able to have them both done the next day. The work was beautiful and the prices were incredibly fair. I previously had a ring resized at a place in Old Town and it took a week, was double the price that Eternity charged, and was smaller than I asked for. I will return to Eternity for all my ring needs in the future!

The best jeweler in Alexandria, hands down. I went to eight different jewelers looking for one with enough experience that I would trust with a difficult project, and they did amazing work. Custom wedding set made with family diamonds, and it’s perfect. Professional service and experienced staff.

Eternity may not be Tiffany in appearance but they are Tiffany in quality. They provide full service from repair, remodel, or custom made just for you. And their work is outstanding and reasonably priced . Bottom line, This is a jeweler you can trust

Took them about 20 minutes just to tell me that they didn't have a watch battery to fix my watch and said that wouldn't have one until next weekend, if I wanted them to order one. I went to a different jeweler (B and C Jewelers) as they were closing and not only did they still change the battery for me, she changed it and reset both date and time in under 5 minutes.
