Michael was extremely helpful and incredibly kind in helping fix an old bracelet belonging to my late mother. He also did a wonderful job with my wedding bands which have a custom engraving on the inside. He was very generous with his time and answered all of my questions. Top Jewelers earns its name because they are the best in town. I shopped online and in person at all major brand jewelers. Mike was highly professional and asked questions to really help define the ring I was looking for. Not only were they able to beat out other prices, they also completed the job sooner than expected!!

I took a gold chain to Mike to be shortened and cleaned, and a watch face fixed/battery replaced last week. I wanted to write this review mostly because the service was excellent, and partly in direct response to the less than perfect review I see below... I just wanted to say that we (The reviewer below and myself) both apparently got gold chains fixed here, but my experience was NOTHING like the review below. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable, and he repaired and cleaned my gold chain necklace to perfection. The watch was also expertly cared for. I’ve found my “go-to” jeweler here in Arlington. Thank you, Mike, for such great service. We’ll definitely be back.
