2 months ago I moved my family plan from verizon after many years. I was promised promotions of Netflix, and Paramount, and days later was told these promotions did not apply to me. I have been promised a resolution many times for the past 2 months yet I keep having to follow up on my own and still been given the runaround. I moved to tmobile to save money but you get what you pay for and the customer service of this location is horrible.

Amazing customer service. I came in because my mother decided without warning to cut my cell phone off. Both Karen and Tamark helped me with the process of getting a new phone and set everything up for me. Both Karen and Tamark are intelligent workers that care about the customers. I highly recommend this location.

This is my third time at this location and I'm not sure if it's the color of my skin or they just do not honor the people walking in I was told by two different people at two different times I'll be right with you as they proceeded to keep going and circles with what they were doing the parking in front of the store reads 15 minute parking I've been here 32 minutes now standing outside leaving a review and it's just not becoming I get the makeup of Glastonbury but you guys have to do better

Justin was great helping me find the exact model phone I wanted, called other local tmobile stores to find one in stock and had them set it aside for me. Did not make me uncomfortable with gratuitous upselling but still provided very good options right in my price range.

If I could leave a negative star as an option I would. Went into the store the other day while no one was in their and was given the most rudest attitude from The female employee emily in their. The other guys was trying to help me And she kept jumping in the mix when she was the first one helping me when I went in their. She gave me too many excuses and not enough work done to help resolve my issue.. Don’t waste your time going their cus the female worker just ignores you or makes you feel unappreciated as a customer!!!!

After 2 years then today after 2 T-Mobile stores in 2 different towns, I went to this location (3rd) in Glastonbury today, and can you believe it Justin & Emily took care of my issue regarding the Sprint change over in less than 60 seconds. I stopped in here on March 21, 2021 to ask some questions as I am considering switching providers. When I walked in there was quite a line and one amazingly polite young lady behind the counter. She informed everyone she was alone and help was on the way in. As I had to wait for my daughter to get out of a class I had time and waited in line. I was amazed to watch this young lady helping two different groups of customers at a time. Her efficiency, productivity and professionalism was amazing. I regret that I do not remember her name (Bianca maybe?.) Although I still am unsure if I will make the switch I will definitely do it at this store if I do.

I visited T-Mobile in Glastonbury, CT on Sunday December 13, 2020. I went to get my glass screen protector replaced. I got great customer service from Crystal. She was kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional! We had a lot of fun! Crystal treated me with respect. She knew what she was doing! She didn’t rush and installed the glass protector correctly! I also met the store manager, Ryce, I hope I spelled his name correctly! He was listening to Crystal and I having so much fun as she gave me excellent customer service! He was very pleased! I really liked Ryce for coming out of his office to recognize Crystal, also! I would highly recommend this T-Mobile Store! It is a clean, safe and sanitized store and all safety precautions are taken! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer! Thank you, Denise Lee

Breanna/Brianna is honestly one of kind . Multitasking with 3 other customers she is Honest & quick and not pushy like the other of her associates . I came in with a issue of my phone not originally working . White tall guy (hate can’t remember his name ) first thing he came out with is trade in your phone upgrade . Extremely pushy didn’t care much about my issue . Breanna came along made everything simple and quick for me knows her information ! Was in and out in 10 mins with a new phone and transferred ! Give her a raise !

Jessica was awesome when I picked out a new phone! Whole process took 15 minutes she presented several options for me to choose from and then transferred everything to the new phone. She was very pleasant and professional throughout, I couldn't be happier!
