Anything less than 5 stars is an absolute joke. One of my diamonds popped out due to my carelessness and they overnighted the stone I needed. Then, the repair took 5 minutes the next day. I drive about an hour to this shop because they are knowledgeable, quick, and priced right. Everyone in the shop can answer any questions you have and are always so kind. They also always polish my rings when done which is such a fun treat! ~Brooke
