Wonderful, personalized service from the time you enter until you leave. I’ve found what I’ve needed each time I’ve gone in. I have really wide feet and a bunion, and I’ve been able to find wide, stable and very comfortable shoes here. They’ve worked with me until the right fit is reached. Highly recommend!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Alyssa and she quickly got to work addressing what my needs were. The entire process was explained to me and her level of knowledge and attention to detail made my first trip in completely painless. She provided me multiple shoes to try that would suit my needs and allowed me the time to decide which pair I liked the most. Her feedback with the shoes and socks I purchased made me feel very good about my decision. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, the store was clean and well organized. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are not coming to this store.

Point 2 was recommended by my foot surgeon and my husband and I visited the store to look at their shoes as a possible birthday present for me. I have had multiple foot issues for years and have spent a lot of money on shoes that didn't work. I was assisted by Alan who helped me pick out the most comfortable athletic shoes I have ever worn. They have an unheard of try them for 30 day return policy. If they don't work out, you can return them for store credit. I have been wearing them for a month now and they are definitely keepers. I highly recommend Point 2 to anyone.

Referred by orthopedic/podiatrist. The employees were very customer focused, pleasant and knowledgeable. Their fitting process was not expected but in my opinion, helped them find the right shoes for me. Tried several pairs. Although expensive, they have really helped my feet. Once home , wore around the house and was not completely satisfied with the fit. Returned the shoes and on their advice, after explaining the problem, found a pair . Did not have the color I wanted in stock, they got them from another store, only took one day. Just saw my podiatrist and he said these should really help your problem. The only mistake I made was taking my wife with me, we both walked out with new shows. I did price the shoes on line and Point2 was competitive with what I found. And their fitting is much needed, which you would not get on line. They have gained a customer here.

I knew what running shoes I wanted so I bought them online with in store pickup. After I received an auto notification that my shoes were ready, I went to the store to try them on to ensure the shoes fit properly. The lovely gal that assisted me was friendly and answered all my questions while she made sure my shoes were in fact the correct size. Cute store with friendly and helpful staff. Do not hesitate to shop here!

Excellent service. By using enhanced computer images the gentleman who was waiting on me was able to identify the best type shoe for me. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I had the best fit possible. Will definitely return there for my next pair of shoes.

Point 2 has a good system of having you sign in upon arrival when you are in the market for new shoes. I like it because I feel they acknowledge my arrival and let me know they'll be with me as soon as they can. Keep up the great job!!!

My feet are feeling extremely good after 8 fractures and now wearing Hoka shoes. My feet hurt for such a long time but since I've been wearing the Hoka I'm pleased. I am learning to walk again without a soft cast and boot and it feels wonderful.

the lady best specializing shoe store I've ever been in. they put you thru alot of lil exercises like running on the treadmill for about 1 minute step on some kind of foot board and and walk on a pad on the floor. they have all the tools to get you in the right shoes. excellent staff erbody was nice smiling and enjoying their jobs and customers. they sell clothes bras protein powder sandals etc

Excellent store and I can't recommend it enough. I was originally referred to them by my trainer. I purchased a pair of shoes for myself and found the staff knowledgeable with ample selection to choose from. I went back with my mother, who is by no means a runner, but has foot issues. The staff was, again, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope this store continues to flourish...they deserve it.
