I always enjoy shopping with Brandi and the girls at The Exchange. The staff are sure to offer help when you walk in and throughout your time in the store without hovering. The Exchange offers high quality items. Buying through the app is also super easy! This is a pic of one of my favorite pieces from there.

I recently went to the store and overheard one of the owners complaining about the boutique across the street. Owner was standing in the middle of the store for all to hear. I found this super disappointing - the more boutiques in the area, the more business would occur. Talking poorly about another business in front of customers isn’t a positive thing, in my opinion. I believe we are our own competition and that women should empower other women. I’m not sure I’ll return to The Exchange for a while.

Honestly, I would rate this place a 1000/10 if I could. This boutique has come in clutch for me so many times. I have been going here since I was probably 16.. they always are so helpful and willing to give you advise on what to buy. When shopping, I usually like to ask questions, say "hey does this go together", etc etc. With The Exchange, they are ALL so helpful, so willing to go the extra mile. Customer service cannot be beat. I don't leave reviews often - but these guys... they deserve it & are TOP NOTCH!!

Ordered an item for $48.99, was too big, returned it, requested two clothing items in exchange for my return, even requested them to contact me with total difference so I could pay the difference. The following week, I received only 1 of those two clothing items, only valued at $20, and they did not even credit me on the difference!!!

I love The Exchange! They have the absolute cutest clothes and accessories at great prices! I love the all of the employees along with the owner! I’m ALWAYS greeted by name and with a smile! They are so sweet and personable and always tell me new things they get in that looks like my style! I also really love how the owner asks her customers what they would love to see more of and genuinely wants their opinions on items! Literally the cutest shop with the cutest employees!!!

The Exchange carries a great selection of designer wear...always something different! Their selection of clothing is truly unique with sizes and styles for all body types! The staff is always friendly, especially to my children and that’s makes my shopping experience even better! Great open bright concept makes shopping and browsing a pleasure...check it out!

I absolutely love The Exchange located in Downtown Dublin! This boutique is way more than just cute, trendy clothes & jewelry. It is full of the most beautiful home decor, accessories, etc. It is such an asset to our little city and run by one of the sweetest and coolest chicks I know! Brandi Brown is a talented bunsinesswoman who loves her community and works hard to help and give back. Her staff is amazing! The Exchange girls are always ready to help you find whatever you are looking for and to help advise you on the hottest trends! They all treat everyone like friends and family. The contemporary Christian music playing throughout the store lifts you up, and you can’t help but be happy when you’re shopping there. The Exchange is one of my favorite places to shop, and our community is so blessed to have it! 😊

Add this store to your list of retail therapy stops! This place has it all. From trendy clothes and cute shoes to home decor and neat little gifts, this is your one stop shop. The customer service here is amazing. You walk in a stranger and leave with new friendships. Those girls really out do themselves. To say I LOVE the Exchange would be an understatement. They have a ton of variety for everyone...including men! Home decor, most recent trends in clothes & jewelry, children...you name it, they have or it won’t be long before they do. Brandi and her team are amazing and always so helpful in every way. I’ve shopped at the Exchange since it first opened and it’s always stayed true to its passion of customer satisafaction!
