Services were quick and efficient but the cost is not worth what they provide. Oil change for convention is over $50 tack on another $25 for tire rotation. They do inspect numerous things while they are working but the vast majority of it does not cause additional work as it can be seen easily while the hood is open. Service: Oil change

Better watch this place, they did not fill the windshield washer fluid but on the receipt it said they filled it. Did not vacuum truck out or check air pressure in tires.

I have used Jiffy Lube several times and have recommended anyone I know from the exceptional experience each time I received, but the last recommendation to anyone or myself returning has ended today. A close friend that i recommended went and got her oil changed and while being guided out (in which you rely on the persons guidance coming out) was guided into scratching her car up. I wasn’t there personally so I truly only decided for myself my opinion until after hearing the manager talking to her stating “there was nothing they would do, because she didn’t know how to drive.” I’ve managed in several businesses and whether the person is wrong or not a “leader” doesn’t talk to a customer nor enforce to their employees this is acceptable behavior. Friendly staff and well trained staff. They vacuumed out the Jeep and gave a full report of the car. Very clean shop with free charging station and coffee.
