Best auto parts store in Dublin, Georgia (GA) 2024

I have used Jiffy Lube several times and have recommended anyone I know from the exceptional experience each time I received, but the last recommendation to anyone or myself returning has ended today. A close friend that i recommended went and got her oil changed and while being guided out (in which you rely on the persons guidance coming out) was guided into scratching her car up. I wasn’t there personally so I truly only decided for myself my opinion until after hearing the manager talking to her stating “there was nothing they would do, because she didn’t know how to drive.” I’ve managed in several businesses and whether the person is wrong or not a “leader” doesn’t talk to a customer nor enforce to their employees this is acceptable behavior. It's not often you find a good mechanic but that's what you get when doing business here. Their honesty & prices is the best. You just have to have patience since they stay booked & busy. ~Dot
