I placed an order for some bracelets from this shop. One of the bracelets I ordered didn’t look like the picture on their website and it ended up being a duplicate of what I already had. I contacted the shop and Deven was super sweet and helpful. She sent me a return label and told me she would do the exchange I requested. I sent the bracelet back and about 4 days later received the return package that i had mailed. The package had been returned back to me by the post office( keep in mind Treehouse send me the return label). I contacted Deven and she said this has been an issue and has been happening since they moved. She said she would get me a new label. That was days ago and still nothing. I sent another email to ask about the label and it’s been crickets. So not very happy with their “pretend” return/ exchange policy. Won’t be shopping here again

I love this store! Everything is great quality and everyone is so helpful. Deven especially has helped me several times and has gone above and beyond with my requests! I love that they have candles, lotions, jewelry, clothes, shoes etc. And they have all price points. Can't wait to see what the new shop will look like!

This store is fabulous. I have received many, many compliments on the clothes, jewelry, shoes and gifts I’ve bought from them. I have been a regular customer for years and have always received wonderful service. Devin and her mom, Kelly, among with the rest of the staff are welcoming. Recently, I bought a pair of lamps. When I got home, I notice one of the shades was bent. No problem, Devin ordered a new one- so easy. It is my go to gift, clothing and home store. Go support their small business, they are wonderful.

One of my all time favorite boutiques to shop at! The Treehouse is a must anytime I come to North Georgia to visit family. The owners are the sweetest people. They have clothes for every age and any event. Their clothes are cute AND affordable. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Treehouse is a MUST when I'm in the area. I love their store, but sometimes the sales associates aren't the most friendly. Still, I've bought several pieces from them and LOVE the quality.

As a small business owner myself, I am baffled when people post unwarranted negative reviews of businesses online when the reviews are actually disguised personal attacks and have nothing to do with the businesses themselves. What is wrong with your own heart that you feel compelled to go online and passive-aggressively attack others through social media posts instead of directly confronting the true issues at hand? I find that a bit cowardly. My advice as a reader is to take a look at who is pointing the finger online and take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. In many cases, when you point your finger at others, you have three pointing right back at you. I'll tell you my personal experience with the Treehouse of Clayton and the Treehouse of Athens and the reason I stand up for the women who run this business and feel some of these reviews are bogus. When my father was headed to an assisted living facility in Athens, I purchased a condo nearby so my mother and I would have a place to stay so we could be close by as we lived out of town and had limited resources nearby that could provide adequate care for him. I spent months remodeling and decorating trying to make my place a peaceful environment to help with the stress we were going through with my father's transition into assisted living. As his health declined, I reached out to the women at the Treehouse to help me finish decorating my place. They were unbelievably compassionate, even delivering pieces of furniture to my place up 4 flights of stairs themselves when the elevator wasn't working so I wouldn't have to worry about the stress of moving things in myself. There were NO additional charges for their kindness towards me. I will forever be loyal and a fan of this business and these women for their genuinely caring attitude towards me as I went through a tough time. I have not once witnessed any employees at either store being unkind or "snobby." The women who own and manage these stores are beautiful people on the inside and out. This is an independent and small business, so why in the world would the owner and managers be rude to anyone when the lifeline of the business depends on how they treat others? I question the few negative reviews posted here.

This boutique is literally my number one shop to go to! I always find the most trendy up to date fashion. The employees and owners have the best sense of humor and fashion advice. Their customer service is out of this world and they have bent over backwards for me on numerous occasions. If you want to feel like you are shopping with your friends and family then visit the Treehouse Boutique. They create the most welcoming environment. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE!!!!

I LOVE this boutique/home store so much and the employees are always so sweet and helpful. Numerous times Deven has gone out of her way to check a price for me, availability of an item, or mail a purchase to me. My only complaint is that Asheville doesn't have a Treehouse! There's no other like it!

I have lived in Clayton almost 3 years and absolutely love the Treehouse... I am never disappointed when I stop in and find something new upstairs in the clothing and shoe department...and who doesn't love the warmth and wonderful aromas when you first walk in the front door.. a great place for that unique gift for someone or to treat yourself... from the first time I walked in I have felt welcomed and the girls seem to never forget your face even if they cant remember everyone's name...... my goodness who can?!?!? lol.. If you ever need a lift in life or just the day do yourself a favor and visit the Treehouse if you haven't already.

They are EXTREMELY RUDE and very overpriced. I found a lost phone in the store and handed it to the ladies in the front. They joked about it and tried to guess the password and enter a phone that wasn't theirs. When I went upstairs one of the ladies followed me and kept glaring at me like I was going to steal something. Like I would ever do that. All in all, they have some pretty cool things in there, but I I would never buy a plain Cotten shirt for $40...
