Made the mistake of calling this store when I was wondering what happened to my online order of a Mac Book Air. The male sales Associate told me I could get a refund pretty quickly, then minutes later I called Apple Support to only be told my order was CANCELLED ! I was so unbelievably mad because I never received any notification of this, was just simply told by the customer service person on the phone. That was too coincidental that it was cancelled because I had to go to the store to purchase the laptop because when I tried to order it a second time my credit card company thought it was fraudulent activity. Finally after all this I get to the store to find out that they didn’t even have the color of the laptop I wanted, so I settled for silver, gave my card and tried to get the hell out of that store. I’m going to make sure to NEVER purchase another Apple product from this store again. Went through all of this stress when it could have been avoided had the original order gone through. Very disappointed.

I managed to get in without appointment. Even though it took a lot of time for staff to assist with actual purchase and update, it was a good experience and the job was done . Nee phone! 👍🏻

It took them 20 min to just input the serial number of my Ipad. Looks like the woman who handled my case just couldn’t read or type. Finally I helped her figure out the serial number. Please hire someone who can at least read or type properly

The person at check-in for Genius Bar he could not find my name and I gave him my spelling and details but once again stated I didn't have an appointment. Someone had to help him and they apologized, lack of experience! "To make this short" The tech stated the cell phone had some kind of failure and now way to repair it, the only option was to get a new I-phone. Jus to show how unintelligence he was and how do I expected to transfer info to the new phone. He said it would cost thousand of dollars to recover your phone with a third party tech. IT TURN OUT ALL INFO WAS FALSE AND MISLEADING. APPLE IS JUST A SALE FRONT NOT FOR REPAIR. THOSE READING THIS POST FOR CELL PHONE REPAIR GO TO MOBILE-2-MOBILE in NW Washington, DC., it's worth it! I was able to get it repair in 45 minutes & cost me $100 to clean and check mother board and with minor repaired it was resolved, SAVE THE DAY, THANK YOU MOBILE-2-MOBILE.

Probably the worst Apple store and worst customer service. I made an appointment in Genius Bar to fix my iPhone which I bought 4 months ago, and it is still in warranty, but due to multiple attempts of testing, she wasted my time, said she has to shop to off site and repair and told me to wait 7 days. For real, everyone uses their phone and this is very valuable because it for everything your details, wallet. The worst place and worst employee

Thank you to my tech Mo! I had the hardest week at different Apple store locations trying to fix my iphone and he was able to solve my problem in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, efficient and cared about my situation. Thank you Mo!

Terrible service. They refused to replace my in warranty iPhone 12 when they decided it was manufacture problem. I sat in the store for 5 hours *yes I did make an appointment with the Genius Bar* for them to have 4 people take my SIM card out of my phone and put it in tester phones over and over to see it worked perfectly fine in other phones but my phone would not accept service. They ran all the internal tests and told me since they can't figure out what is wrong my only option is to send it away and buy a new phone in full until my phone returns. I do not understand why since I did not cause any of the problem and there was no internal or external damage they could find, why they would not just replace my phone. It was very inconvenient for them to have me waste my entire afternoon sitting in the store for them to not fix anything. Thank you Becca, Kassidy, and the other 3 people who all said a lot of nothing for a clear manufacture issue. Why would I want a phone that no one knows what is wrong with when it could easily be replaced. I have not even had this phone a year. Also the first guy asked me if I knew the pin to my mobile account and I told him I had someone I could call to get it from but he couldn't connect the dots that I came in because I could not make calls on my phone and needed a phone to get the pin.

Based on the amazing customer service my mom and I had today at Apple Reston, I felt compelled to write a review. My mom made an appointment to get an Apple Watch for me and technicians Jonathan and Patrick were both outstanding. From helping me get my watch set up to helping my mom with other questions about her phone, they both went above and beyond to help us out. They made what is usually a boring and tedious experience, a really great one - and we both left feeling excited and confident about using our watch/AirPods/iPhone. Thank you to you both for your patience, kindness, and professionalism!
