We've been customers since they opened. Frequently gas up two cars here. Had a low tire warning & stopped in & asked if I could have my tires checked. The mechanic said sure, would be $5 & he never looked up at me; never buy another gallon there. Drove over to nearby station that checked all 4 tires & adjusted pressure on all 4 tires for free.

I was charged $256 for renting a 10' truck for 4 hours. I delivered a couch and brought it back right away. I received the truck with an immense amount of dog hair, which I actually cleaned up from the dashboards myself. I wiped the doors due to the Corona-virus. The $50 cleaning fee should therefore be refunded in full and immediately. Second, I returned the truck with more gas than gas than, I picked it up with. I even used the vendor's gas station to be very precise and tanked over the 7/8 line. I still was charged $13 for it. Third, I was charged an after hours service fee of $20, which also makes no sense to me, since I picked up the truck at 12:00PM and returned it at 4:00PM. I called, but nobody answered the phone. I Emailed, but didn't receive an answer.

I came by for some services on my car and the manager Drew was very professional and explained everything I needed done. I cross shopped with two other shops and they gave me the best pricing. Drew wasn't pushy and told me what he recommended to be taken care of right away and what could wait a bit longer. I'll definitely come back here again.

This auto repair shop attempted to perform services that were unnecessary for my vehicle. After my 4Runner failed it’s state inspection due a front brake issue, their shop told me that I required new pads and rotors. The lead mechanic, Shawn, wanted to charge almost $700 to do just the front axle. Since the rotors had been replaced just last year, I knew something was wrong. Ultimately, another shop repaired the vehicle, which only required front pads. In my opinion, this business’ practices are dishonest. Use caution having auto work done at the Reston Mobil.

I wish l could leave negative stars for my review...... This is very unfortunate, because I am all about supporting my local small businesses. I never leave negative reviews but in this case, I have to because I do not want anyone to get scammed the way I did. It just is not right. You will be ripped off by this man (The owner - Bobbi). He told me he replaced my rear brakes and rotors. He did not. After my service, I instantly realized there was a problem. When I tried to get him to look at them, he always had excuses or I had to be there before 3 pm, which is impossible because I work. This has been going on for months. Thank goodness I have a second car. When I finally arranged to drop the car off, I called to confirm that there would be no charge for him to look at his own work and was told condescendingly "he is not subsidized by the city of Fairfax to work for me, therefor the charge was $60 an hour". I asked why there would be a charge and he surprised me further when he said "I have no idea the quality of brakes I installed on your car. They may be cheap ones. I don't know what you paid for." I said, "My bill was close to $400.00, why would they be cheap? And why are you selling cheap brakes?" I was floored by his response. He further told me he had to look up my receipt but that "he didn't have time to do it while I waited." Needless to say, I refused to give him anymore of my money. I made an appointment at the dealership and was informed that the brakes and rotors were old and had NEVER BEEN replaced. I was scammed. PLEASE save your MONEY and go else where.

I've been coming here for the past 4+ years. I am always warmly greeted by Bobby, the owner or Shawn the main mechanic. I find them to be knowledgeable, honest and sincerely want to help. I was an ASE certified auto technician and a GM for several large shops. Most folks don't know anything about the car they drive and handing the keys to stranger can be filled with anxiety. I believe you can trust Bobby and his team to be honest and do the job right. Be nice and you'll get what you give. Tom

Zip ties and Wire was used to repair the fuel line on my truck. Bobby Kapoor will do anything to make a buck! They allowed me to leave with a rigged up truck in order have me come back for more repairs. Bobby called me on the way out to let me know to put fuel in the vehicle. His mechanic melicously cut the vent tube and tucked it under the truck.with a wire. This caused the zip tied fuel lines to blow off. They are actually pretty smart to know the air will not.displace properly when this line is not connected. They are a certified VA inspection station. Tampering with fuel lines is dangerous. Keep your vehicles away from this place. They will take.your money with intentions on tampering with your vehicle so you come back to spend more money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went in because my check engine light came on so I needed a diagnostic run. After finding out it was just a spark plugs and wires I said ok sure go ahead and fix it (even though it's an easy fix I could do myself). After about an hour and a half I went back to see if they were done and was informed that it would need to stay over night and that the parts hadn't come in yet. Alarmed, I asked why it would take so long to replace the wires and was then informed that they were also doing a tune up, lower control arms, and a state inspection none of which had I asked for or approved to be done. The auto repair manager seemed a little angry when I told them I only wanted the wire repairs and charged me $500 for the whole job which is a $27 part and about a half hour in labor. Fast forward a few weeks and my trucks check engine light comes on again and after a quick inspection I find that one of the wires which were just fixed is damaged. So I remove the damaged part and take it into the shop to show the guy who fixed it. His reaction was to get very aggressive with me (not a good idea since he's twice my age and half my size but hey not everyone is super intelligent) and inform me that I need to have the vehicle towed in and that he would fix it but I would need to pay for the entire tow and service all over again. I ask him why if the part has a lifetime warranty that his auto repair shop would not at the very least repair it for free if not actually refund me for the original repair and he tells me and I quote. "This is not an auto repair shop, I'm not giving you a penny, and that none of the work I do is warrantied." These people are absolute scum. With all the other repair shops in the area just go elsewhere and save yourself a ton of money and trouble. This review was brought to you by a former ASE mechanic just FYI.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Daughter took her car there for an oil change. They told her she needed all new brakes and that it would cost about $800. They also said her tires needed to be rotated and that would be an additional charge. We had just bought a new set of tires in the last two months, so I knew they didn't need to be rotated. Also, had gotten brakes serviced less than 6 months ago. Long story short, I took it to our regular shop for a second opinion and there was *nothing wrong* with the brakes or tires. To add insult to injury, the oil change cost over $100 because of all their ridiculous "fees". These people are straight up thieves. I wouldn't stop here to get gas.
