Sarah Ali, great, professional, helpful employee always help in ANY situation that I have. her great service cant compare to the other PNC" banks. I have to go to 3 different ones and still get nothing done even their phone customer service its horrible. Sarah been helping me a few times now but all the employees there are always helpful. if I haven't close my account yet is only because of the gigantic PNC and their employees. I recommend them always to family and friends. got no complains. Sarah you are great!

The people there cant keep appointments and they gave me false information about my account. I wish there was another one close to where I live because I absolutely hate going there. Edit: they just failed to keep their appointments again. I cant get ahold of the guy who was supposed to get in touch with me. Please dont go here unless you have to. It isnt worth it.
