Sarah Ali, great, professional, helpful employee always help in ANY situation that I have. her great service cant compare to the other PNC" banks. I have to go to 3 different ones and still get nothing done even their phone customer service its horrible. Sarah been helping me a few times now but all the employees there are always helpful. if I haven't close my account yet is only because of the gigantic PNC and their employees. I have been banking with United for 12 years now!! I love the how friendly everyone is!! I an always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If i need anything they are very eager to help. Every person from teller to regional manger at the Reston location are always there for me. I love this bank and everyone that works there. They have made banking less scary!! ~Nasha
